I am married to my best friend Steve, who has the awful task of keeping me out of trouble, which he manages to do most of the time.|
I have added his name to my Find A Grave name because he has taken such an interest in this with me.
My grandparents and parents are all deceased, as is my husband's grandparents and father.

Now, I may have to copy you and make my own virtual cemetery for Jesus and Mary. I checked out the sites for Emma and Bessie. You did post the pictures and they are wonderful! Sending out a cyber hug to you both.

Sincere thanks for your willingness to help! Unfortunately, I have no further information on James Swindle's burial location. Whomever listed him on Findagrave assigned him to that cemetery in Wilmington, so I thought perhaps a photo would confirm this. However, if the cemetery records do not show him listed, perhaps there has been a mistake. Thank you anyway!

Thank you so much for checking this out for me. I will pass this on to our chapter and see if we can place one on her grave. Is her grave easy to find?
Thank you again
|Linda Ferrigno ||RE: Thank You|
Thank you, again. I did not realize that Jesus and Mary's graves were on findagrave until I saw your site. That's really great!
|Linda Ferrigno ||RE: Re: Emma & Bessie Butler|
Dearest Catherine and Steve, thank you so much for the pictures of Emma and Bessie's gravestone. You did a beautiful job of taking the picture. What a sweet inscription. It appears that after losing these children, Wilson and Vinie Pearl never had any more children. I can imagine their sadness over losing their babies. When I started researching our family tree, I realized that these precious children were buried in a church that we were drawn to one Christmas Eve, and attend any year we are in Wilmington. My husband had a knee replaced, so we have not traveled to Wilmington in a while. I appreciate your kindness more than words can express. Thank you!

Hello, Catherine~ I haven't been on here very much. I just went and left a message for someone who has been very active in my dreams for the last year. I leave flowers whenever I can. It is a pleasure to meet you, and hope to hear from you again. Karen

Hi, for the photos you took of the cemetery and church, you add those to the main cemetery page here: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=butler&GSmid=47061183&GRid=90725247&CRid=2140058&
At the bottom it says, "Add a photo for this cemetery." You click that and add the photos of the cemetery and church. An admin will approve them before they are added to the main page.
For the headstone photos, you can go ahead and add those directly to the memorial page. It is ok that the church sign photo is there. That doesn't make a difference.
If you want the inscription edited, I can change that. Let me know if you have any questions.
