I am no longer adding any obituaries to memorials unless you are a direct relative. It doesn't matter if you are a friend, dont ask due to copyright issues. I will only add Obituaries for my family and friend's memorials, which I put on, find a grave. Thank you in advance for your understanding on this issue.
Please note I have had to add a new email account due to all the Spam I have been getting. If I have not made the changes you have requested please send them to me again. Thank you for your patients.

Find A Grave FAQ
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Bulk surname requests should not be made. If you are a direct relative of one of my find a grave memorials I will be more than happy to transfer that memorial over two you. Simply contact me through the edit button on the memorial and give me your find a grave member number. Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made. Thank you
I will not make bulk cemetery or name transfer request those will be denied.
For transfers please explain how you are related. On a case-by-case bases I will make transfers outside of the find a grave guidelines.
Note - If you do not explain how you are related the transfer request will be denied.
Note - I will not transfer to anyone using the name Anonymous.
Note - I will not contact you if I decline a transfer request outside of the guidelines.
Note - I am having to be more selective on who I transfer to outside of the guidlines, as the memorials I transfer are not being updated with any new information past what I have already added.
Please do not request any transfers from my contributor page, go to the memorial in question and send your transfer request from there.
For those members who will not make transfers outside of the guidelines to extended family, I will not be making any out of guidelines transfers to you.
If you want to use one of my tombstone photos for family Genealogy purposes you may.
If you want a tombstone photo for family genealogy purposes, I can email you the original unedited copy.
Thank you to T.V.F.T.H. for allowing me to use the Duplicates wording on my contributor homepage.
Duplicates: It's never my intention to create a duplicate on purpose. If you come across a duplicate I have made, please use the SAC and let me know. If you're rude, you will be ignored. I promise I won't make you prove your relationship to the deceased!
If I enter a memorial on March 1st for Colby Smith and then someone else enters another memorial for the same Colby Smith on March 15Th, the one entered on March 15Th is the dupe, not mine, regardless of how much info is or isn't on the memorial.
If you would like any information added or removed from a memorial please let me know. I would be more than happy to add or remove any information upon request.
Please read Thank you

You are putting memorials in First Missionary Church in Butler County. That's wrong. This cemetery is in HARVEY County not BUTLER. You should be putting these memorials in Missionary Church Cemetery, Elbing, Harvey County Kansas. Where there's already 107 entry's. I'm going to tell findagrave that First Missionary Church in Butler County is wrong and have them delete it.
|Sandra Sullivan||Nellie Conlan Trarbaugh|
Jack I see you left flowers at the memorial of the above person, memorial 18231839. She is sister of my grandfather. Conlan is not probably the right surname but we don,t know what the family name is. Are you related in some way? Her brother changed his name to Denton, often I think maybe mothers maiden name. Both my brothers have had 67marker dna test and it doesn't come near to the Conlans or Denton. It does match the Brown family but I cannot find a paper trail. Any hints would be very appreciated. Thanks. I am member 48203087.

|Michael Schulte||Marvn Karl Laudick|
Good morning Mr. Chillcott: I learned in talking with my cousin that Marvin Karl was not still born but survived by one day to be baptized and named.
I should have asked earlier but would you consider transferring his memorial to me. I established his father's, Marvin F.
If not, I would still value your assistance in establishing the links for Marvin Karl to his parents, Marvin F. and Florine R. Laudick.
|Michael Schulte||Marvin Karl Laudick|
Mr. Chillcott: I received your message advising you would do the links on Monday. I did establish a memorial for my uncle Marvin Laudick 146556288
today and linked it back to his parents, John J. and Emma Klenke Laudick, and to his first wife, Florine R. Laudick.
I would truly appreciate it if you could add this new link for Marvin to his son Marvin Karl's memorial on Monday as well.
Thank you. Michael Schulte

Good afternoon Mr. Chillcott
My aunt Florine and Uncle Marvin Laudick had a stillborn child referenced in the subject and below. Both my aunt and uncle are deceased now.
Find A Grave Memorial# 73357252--Marvin Karl Laudick
My aunt is buried in Nebraska--Florine R. Laudick and she is mother of Marvin Karl.
Find A Grave Memorial# 70628247--Florine Laudick.
My uncle remarried and was cremated at his death in Des Moines IA. However, his ashes have not been interred and he does not have a Find a Grave Memorial
Currently Marvin Karl is linked to his grandparents, John J. and Emma Laudick, my maternal grandparents.
Would it be possible for you to relink Marvin Karl to his mother Florine? I am working to establish, if possible a memorial for my uncle.
I truly appreciate and value your assistance. Thank you in advance.

#80155067 needs to be deleted as #39894879 is the correct one & it has the tombstone on it with his wife Billie. Her # 76459769 also needs to be deleted as she has # 39894817. I edited to have both of there parents added to these last two memorial.Billie's memorial name did not have her 2nd husband-Marvin Birkenbaugh on it so I asked for his to be edited too. All in all when there names aren't printed in the newspaper the same as the tombstone it is very difficult for anyone to know. I knew Billie for many years and did not know her name was Iona Ruth til I seen her gravesite. That is why genealogy is interesting. Right? Have a good day.
|Tim Tompkins||RE: Thomas E|
Thanks so much for the edit. I don't see where it makes much difference either way on changing the obit, so I'll leave that up to you. Take care!
|Tim Tompkins||RE: Thomas E|
Yes Jack, I understand and appreciate the check. He was a cousin to my wife and we attended the funeral. I don't know why the obit read Ness City Cemetery, but he is in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Thanks!
