Prayers for Gilbert. Glad he has improved somewhat. I pray he will continue to improve and now realizes he is meant to be an indoor cat.

Dear sweet Joyce,
While taking great care of Gilbert, your husband, and flowering everyone, please don't forget to take care of Joyce! I will pray for your husband and Gilbert, also the family of your distant cousin murdered in Paris(my condolences). I'll miss your flowering but I truly understand.

Dear Joyce
So sad that i mixed the names, I suppose I also have been stressed out lately, so much to do at home so little time to "think". I am thousand times sorry, pls forgive me. Take care of little Gilbert and yourself, I'm writing an email in the weekend. Hugs Isabelle

Best wishes to your cat fellow. We have three formerly feral kittens (now big girls) at the moment, one of whom, because of generations of inbreeding, has deformed hip bones that cause her poop to back up, resulting in regular visits to the spa for a high colonic - in other words, to the vet for enemas and, the last time, surgery to remove it. We live with fingers crossed, hoping that "only the good die young" won't apply to her. After losing our five former strays in the space of a year - three inside of five weeks - to unrelated causes (one FIV, etc.) we had been worn down and reluctant to start over, but when they need you, and you're there, what do you do? You scoop them up. ;)

RE: my grandmother & father
Thanks for your reply, Joyce. I only recently took over administration of my family members' pages at this site (which are few, so far) and have not had time to prepare bios for all of the the people - although I'm sure you saw the personal and detailed notes on my dad's page. His 'grave' here is not untended, as it is not untended in real life, so you need not worry. ;)
