Genealogy is a great hobby and it preserves family history for future generations.|
I'm just doing my best to make sure we don't forget those who came before us and what they accomplished.

Please check and try and work out to where there's just one. Thanks
In the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery in Lackawanna County, PA, do you remember seeing a headstone with the surname Winicki (or Veninsky) anywhere? If so, if you live close to the cemetery, could you take a picture of the headstone? Thank you

Thank you for leaving flowers for my great grandfather. He was, what seemed to me, forgotten for so many years. I finally had the opportunity to visit PA and found his gravestone.

Thank you for leaving flowers for my great grandfather Sylvester Strakauskas. Not much was ever known about him in my family. My grandmother died before I was born and any info about him was lost with her death. In the past few years I have been able to find out more about him than any of the family ever knew. So sad that for so many years he has laid forgotten and not remembered. I deeply appreciate the flowers you left for him.
