Bio Photo William: I've been doing Family Genealogy since December of 2003. Came to "Find A Grave" in August of 2010. I think this is a great Web Site. Wonderful way to remember those who have left us and find others we didn't know that existed. More than happy to take Photographs in my area.

Researching Surnames: Bird, Gassaway, Gottberg, Hubbard, Melcher, Richardson, Wilson, and Zessin.

Barbara Robinson
Zessin Family members
Hello, my name is Barbara Anderson Robinson and my maternal grandmother was married (the second marriage) to an Alvin E. Zessin who came here from Germany. I, by accident yesterday, came by the name of Albert Zessin who is interned in the Crown Hill Cemetery in Madison Norfolk Nebraska. Seeing that he also came here from Germany, I believe he or some of his family members are related to my/our step grandfather. He married our maternal grandmother, I do not know when, and her name was Alene Ford Ford . Yes she was a Ford and married into the Ford family. She and Papa Zessin lived in Florida. It is to much of a conscience that he and the Zessin's in your area are not related some how. Is it possible for you to get me in contact with any family member still living? Papa Zessins parents were Paul and Aloisia Zessin. He came here from Berlin, Germany and she from someplace in Austria. I am working on our family genealogy and would love to know more about his family. Did he ever have children before he and my grandmother married? Thanks for NOT trashing this but for helping me. my email is: and if someone contacts me ask them to please put in the subject line Zessin or something to that effect so that I will know the email is one I should open. THANKS Barbara

Thank You!
Thank you William for posting a photo of my Grandma (Janet R. Kirschís) headstone on here. Itís hard when you live far away from your deceased loved ones & canít visit them often. Itís nice that a little technology has given us another place to memorialize our loved ones Thanks again!--Tina

RE: Ralph Hubbard-14328874.....
Dear William~

Thank you so much for adding your photo of the war memorial to Ralph Hubbard's memorial page. I think I prefer to leave your photo at the top of the page. I think it shows exactly what he contributed to all of us that are still here and is a great honor to him. I appreciate so much that you traveled to get this picture. The only thing that I think should ever be above your photo would be a picture of Ralph Hubbard himself.

Thank you so much!

Thanks for the photos, extra trip and the correction. It is great that you can help with the photos. Wonder how he got his promotion after his wife died. Sargent to Captain.

Sarah Gilden @ Riverside
HI William,
I wanted to make you aware that the grave for Sarah is unmarked and does not have a marker or stone.
Let me know if I can assist you further, as I am one of the volunteers at Riverside.

Thanks for all you do for Find A Grave.
