RE: Bess Family Evergreen Cemetery
Hi Judy,
There is a John W. Bess buried in Evergreen in Single Grave 435B in Division (section) 28/114. There is no headstone for him, unfortunately.

Also listed as buried there are "Infant" Bess in Single Grave 513B Division 28/2 and Robert W. Bess in Lot 99 Division 27/c. Neither has a headstone. "Infant" Bess was buried earlier than Robert. I do not have specific dates. If you like, I can go to the cemetery office and get further details for you.

Regards,
Brad

RE: Ida Ellen Dunlevy Holden Cemetery
I have completed the Holden Cemetery as far as putting ALL burials on Find A Grave transcribed from DAR records. This should include all burials up the mid-70's.

You might also check on www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resource/birthdeath. This only includdes death certificates up to 1961.

Hope this helps.

Brook Co. Cemetery
I live in Columbus, OH and rarely get a chance to visit this cemetery. I visit Perhaps every other year.

The Brook Co. geneology library has a cemetery book with grave locations per section. In my experience with F_A_G, photo request with a grave location are more readily responded to.

When ever I do visit a cemetery, I print out the request list and try to fulfill some of them, as well as my own.

I doubt I get to Brook Cem. yet this year. However, you should use the F_A_G photo request process. If no body reponds, I may be able to fulfill yr request upon a future visit.

So many cemeteries, so little time,
Terry

Thornton Beyler
Thank you for the photo as well. My 2xgreataunt Ann E. Ambrose married Thornton's brother John Grig. Beyler. I had been doing research on them when the Page County people moved in before I had a chance to request a photo or add my great Uncle. I have been looking for the cemetery in Page county where John and Ann are buried but believe it's very over grown or destroyed. I did find Samuel Beyler's grave and it's in poor condition. I don't know much of the family my 2xgreat grandmother was Nancy Ambrose sister to Ann. Nancy married William Henretty and they moved to Jefferson County, WV. Again thanks for the great photo, just wondering if you have any family photo's.
