Bio and Links
Bio Photo Genealogy has been my hobby for over 20 years. I have been transcribing cemeteries for 10 years. Many kind people helped me out when I started my journey through the family branches and I hope that my cemetery work can help others in their journey.

Tombstone photos that I have posted can be used for your personal use. They are copyrighted, so if you post them on the internet or anything else published for viewing by others, please include credit for the photo.

Please be respectful and do not post copies of birth, death or marriage records on my memorials. These records can be easily researched and take up limited space that could be used for actual photographs. These records, especially Death records, can contain private and sensitive information that family members may not want shared.

Please do not put photos of newspaper obits on the memorials. These take up limited spaces in the photo allotment. If you have an obit then please type it up and submit it through the edit option and I would be happy to add it to the bio section as long as the name of the newspaper and date of publication are included.

I just wonder if she could have the wrong Tip Wells. Genevieve was my great grandmother. I have seen no information in any sources that I have researched that would indicate that his name was Lawrence. Even his BC lists him as Tip. His youngest daughter was born in 1899. Very interesting. Do you have her contact information. Maybe I could contact her, if she isn't wrong, we are at the very least related. :)

Thank you!

Hi. I just have a question. You have on the above listed memorial (Genevieve Woods Wells McNurlen) that her father was Lawrence Wells. I've not been able to find a source for the name Lawrence. Can you tell me where you found that name? I have her father as Tip Wells Sr. Thank you.

Cross Cemetery - Spider Ridge, Wood County
Many years ago my Dad & I were searching for our Cross line in Wood County. We found a small cemetery on Spider Ridge off Red Hill. The stones were very old, and covered with vines & such. Here is what I wrote down from the stones we saw:

Phebe Ann Cross
Born July 11, 1874
Died July 17, 1874

wife of
John Cross
Died Mar 20, 1823 (or 8)
aged 26 years

--- D Cross
Leavitt Funeral Home

James E. 1881 - 1942
Nellie I. 1898 - 1961

On one stone (I failed to identify which one) was:

God, My Redeemer, lives
And often from the skies
Looks down & watches all my dust
Till He shall bid it rise.

Thank you for all your hard work transcribing cemeteries! Such a blessing for folks who live away.

Kind regards,
Susan Holland Thompson

Lots of new photos this year!
I just found about a dozen new memorials that you posted recently with photos... that were not there back in 2013 when I started my family tree, trying to find all the Frums in the USA and show that we are all related. Your work has helped me immensely and I am very grateful. I do not have access to all of these cemeteries, since I am in California. I have now found over 500 Frums and another 1`,000 related by marriage, all connected on the tree.
