re George Washington Webb 59382731
Hi...I have sent this info to add to bio several times. I am wondering if the email monster is eating it or your not getting it??
Would you add to bio please..Thanks..Vickie

George Washington Webb: Webbville, Lawrence, Kentucky, was named after George Washington Webb, " who was a large land owner and businessman, who established the local post office on January 11, 1867 and served as it's first postmaster " (until about August 7, 1874). (Greenup Independent 5-7-1875),
He again served as Postmaster from October 12, 1874 to about December 23, 1875.

Van Everett Johnson
Van Everett was married to my grandmothers sister---she was Elizabeth Bobst--she was the daughter of Henry and Susan Frick Bobst. They had three sons. What you are showing as spouse is in fact his mother. If you want any more data on this family, I would be happy to share.

I just wanted to thank you for posting all of the pictures of the family! I am doing some digging of my own and finding out a lot about the Boggs and the McNeals. (Or Mcneil as I am finding out!)

Thank you again for all of the work you have put into this. hopefully I will have some to contribute within the next couple of weeks as I build the family tree!
