I'm very much hooked on genealogy. Now that I'm retired I am willing to help others and fill photo requests for my area. This site has been a great help to me in finding information and photos and it's time for me to help others. |
I'm currently photographing cemeteries in Hubbard and Eastern Becker county, Minnesota.
During the winter months I have been looking up obituaries to add to memorial pages that appear in the old Park Rapids Enterprise. If you are looking for an obituary you can email me but please make the request during the winter months.
I will add to, change, delete, and Correct any Memorial I've added.
I will be happy to Transfer Memorials according to FAG Guidelines but I will consider other transfers on an individual basis. Please State your relationship when asking for a transfer. I will not transfer Bulk name requests.
Please use the EDIT tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or to have me correct or add information and state your relationship to the person when asking for a transfer.
No need to ask permission if you want to use my photos for ancestry and personal use, but I do appreciate credit given to me for taking them.
Please do not take my photos and upload them to another page on Find a Grave. If you need a photo added to a different page just ask and I will add it.
If you want the Photo's for resale, for profit, permission is denied.
I am Researching these surnames: Reeser/Rieser, Dunham,Curphey,Newell,Lantz,Adams,Sullivan,Lamb,Bentley,Chapin, Wangen,Meisenhelder and Ziegler.

Please don't use chalk, flour, chemicals etc. on markers when taking your grave photos. Overtime these things can all cause damage to a marker.
PLEASE,DO NOT use the message board for sending information or transfer requests. That is not what it is for. I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS, LINKS OR TRANSFERS FROM MESSAGES LEFT ON THE MESSAGE BOARD.

In the event of my death or my becoming inactive for a long period of time I would like all my memorial pages passed on to my son DR Wangen #47374156.

RE: Andrew Peter Petersen memorial
Ah I see, well either way in the event that you or Joan really want to contact the admins and have them merged please be sure to bring up merging the duplicate for his wife, Sue, as well. I didn't really care in the past but if anyone is really going to push it....
Mine from 2010: 56947816
Hers from 2011: 79212465

Here is what Smith sent to me.
Hello, while I thank you for your interest in my relative's memorial, I didn't mean to create a duplicate at the time but it was a mistake that I am not that interested in correcting. I have a ton of links to this page and frankly I have no interest in deleting or changing them all at this time. It's really not a big deal. I'm not quite sure why the owner can't delete hers since mine is way more connected to everyone, plus I'm a relation, but it's certainly her choice and I respect that. I hope you can disregard it since it's not really hurting anything. If you're a relative please let me know. Thanks.
Thought I'd let you know.

I sent him a message the same day I sent you one. I have not heard back form him yet. When I see duplet memorials I send messages to both people so they can resolve the problem. As that is all I see that I can do.

Thank you very much for photographing the grave marker and posting the photograph of the joint grave markers for Dr. Joseph Paul Free, archeology professor, (1911-1974), and his wife, Ruby (Aldrich) Free, located in Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids, Hubbard County, Minnesota.

No problem at all. Have a good Easter weekend.
|Dan Kemp||Thomas Hendrickson.|
Hi Joan, would you happen to know anything more about the Thomas Hendrickson you posted the memorial about? His grave is in the Martin Cemetery in ElDorado Springs, Missouri. I'm hoping he is a long lost cousin I've been looking for since about 1985. I'd so very much appreciate any help or advice you might have. Best wishes, Dan Kemp
