Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Middletown Springs, Rutland County, Vermont. I work mostly on cemeteries in Rutland County and neighboring Washington County, NY. I'll try to fill photo requests in those areas.

If you are related to any of my memorials I'll be glad to transfer management outside Find-A-Grave guidelines unless it is a relative of mine or is in a family that I am actively researching. Please send transfer requests through the Edit tab on each memorial.

If you would like to see my sources for any corrections I suggest, please just ask. I research every fact I submit and only suggest those corrections that I believe come from a reliable source.

Some of the families I'm researching, primarily in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont, are Brown, Horton, Fisher, Fielding, Gilson, Ripley, Hawkins, Treadwell, Jennings and Northrup. I'm also researching Arsenault and Brideau in Massachusetts, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

RE: Lewis Pritchard
was able to look at ancestry record and your info is correct..sorry for the error. I make every effort to look at original image as I know indexes are often wrong, I must have been rushing.
glad you caught it.

RE: Lewis Pritchard
thanks for double checking - I always do! :)
So I picked up the March date from record rather than April on
currently the ancestry site is not responding and there is a message stating they are trying to resolve difficulties...I'll hope they fix it quick and check that image later
best regards

Hi John, I am new to Find a Grave. I found a list of names that needed pictures of their graves. I have a lot of family buried in this cemetery. I spent a lot of time in there and went a took some pictures and added them. I hope that is alright to do. I am new to Find a Grave and I do not want to step on any toes. I love reading grave stones and have been doing it for years doing genealogy of my family.

RE: John Straight
I don't need you to add the II to his name I need his son to be changed to Rev. John Straight II Memorial #34064552 and then his son should be Col. John Straight III Memorial # 43471691 &/or # 129197316.
I don't know how you would go about doing this, but that is the correct order of their birth.

RE: John Straight
I don't know that I'd be able to locate a source where it shows that he used the suffix. However, this name continuously runs through the family generational tree and if you don't label them it gets very confusing and the people get mixed up in the family trees. I've found this to be the case where the wrong John was put next in line with the wrong wife and children and now it is a big mess that I am going to have to try to somehow fix.
