Bio Photo If you see my blue candles on other memorials, they are in my family tree.

I have some things I want to say but it just wouldn't be polite.

I will still do additions and corrections but (G-Man) has taken away what I have been doing for the last 5 years ( Guess he wanted it very badly. If anyone else wants to do, it is up for grabs. I'm sure he won't mind.

If a duplicate is created on the site for the same individual, the memorial page that was created in the correct cemetery first is the memorial page stays. We have a way to know where a memorial page was created and if and when it was transferred to another cemetery. Creating memorial pages as burial unknowns, moving to the correct cemetery after the memorial in the correct cemetery and then telling the contributor that was their first that they are second and to remove theirs is called Backdating and is not acceptable on the site. If Backdating a memorial is brought to our attention, then that memorial page will be removed from the site.

I blame this hobby on the school who told my granddaughter they needed a Family Tree for History Class.

Father: Frank Stanton
Sister: Frances Stanton
GGGGGrandfather: Don Miguel Eslava

GrandMother: Allie Irene Wiggins McLendon
GrandFather: Callie Otis McLendon

I do not do whole cemetery transfers.

I do not mind doing transfers as long as they are not in my family tree.

If you need to leave a message, please use the edit button of the memorial you are referring to.

****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain the records please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and willing to take over the records. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates. It would also be a good idea to leave someone instructions on how to make these transfers should you go inactive without warning.***** Thank You (Borrowed from another FAG Contributor)

Problem with other FAG members
I am sorry to hear that your health is being effected. I am 58 and what I have learned is that I DECIDE if something will upset me. I look for why my Higher Power would want this in my life and then try to learn from the situation and move on.

Maybe G-man is alone and this is his only way to be having a huge number of memorials he manages. As long as he posts your updates and the memorial stays accurate and current, maybe it is not for you to stress over. Walking the cemeteries and adding older graves to memorials helps many family Genealogists so consider that way to honor the dead.

Venting is also good and I am honored that you felt you could speak to me, a stranger, of your feelings.

I will say prayers for the betterment of your health and a sense of calm in the face of a frustrating situation.
