Bio and Links
Bio Photo My interest in genealogy started when I was young and found a folder my dad had with notes on many generations of his family. What started with those pages of notes and a tin type of his grandfather has turned into a journey that has now been ongoing for over 30 years. I believe I have visited every graveyard/cemetery within a 40 mile radius of where I live and have helped hundreds get photographs of tombstones they might not otherwise have. When ever I am able to take a trip away from home I make time to visit an old cemetery. When in England several years ago I even got the owner of the bed and breakfast to drive along and help me look for tombstones. It was a great experience.

And remember this: When chemists die, they barium.

Willis Darwin Odland

Thank you for photographing Willis' grave marker and adding it onto his Memorial page.

I believe he fits on my family tree, on which branch he is on, I have yet to find out.

---Jim.

RE: Halverson
Hi, its all good, I clean the stones before I take pictures and trim the grass away, I use dental tools on the letters if they are packed with dirt so they can be seen better. :--)

Thank you Sunny. We are dealing with the same mess here. Rain and snow. It is not fun at all.
