George Washington Reeves
Hi, you are very welcome for the photo of George Washington Reeves grave. This cemetery is located at the end of Lonnie Gibbs Road in Whitley County, KY. There is a gate that you have to go through that's usually always closed so you will need to call the caretaker/landowner of this cemetery first if you plan to visit the cemetery so they can open the gate for you.
Good luck on your genealogy research.

May I use pictures of James Scott Hester and family for my Ancestry tree?

Permission to use your headstone photo

I apologise. In my previous message to you, I requested your permission to use your photo of the joint headstone of Benjamin Smith and Jane (Stitt) Smith Dyne for my genealogy and SAR and DAR applications for my family and close cousins. Unfortunately, I did not provide the URL to Benjamin Smith's and Jane Stitt Smith Dyne's memorials that you so thoughtfully created and kindly transferred management of to me. The joint headstone is pictured on both of these URLs: and The memorials are respectively, 55478977 (Ben) and 55478352 (Jane).

Thank you again.

From the first recorded records that were kept, they would list it as being removed by family or friends. It is most likely that he was removed to his hometown.

Snyder John M. # 67167860
I was doing some digging into John M. Snyder who was loaded into the Phillips Cemetery and have found that he is also loaded into the Becks Grove Cemetery #153438181. The Cemetery book shows he's in The Phillips Cemetery but the story written on his memorial for the Becks Grove Cemetery says he was buried in Becks Grove. I thought you'd like to know.

Lauren Brown
Eli Brown

I saw that you made a comment on Eli Brown's page regarding a different date of death reported
in Civil War Pension file. I was trying to trace my ancestry back and hit somewhat of a dead end. I have found Eli being "married" to a couple of different people. If you could clear some of that up it would be wonderful! I also see that he is the only Brown buried in the Warinner Family Cemetery. Which I find kind of odd, do you have any idea why he is there but no one else is?

Thank you!

John B. Fergison #
Hi, My name Deborah, and I am inquiring about John B. Fergison. He is my 4th great Uncle. I was looking at the cemetery photo and realized they misspelled his last name, it should be Ferguson. Any ways I wanted to let you know my Uncle John was a private in the Union Army. He was attached to the 10th Regiment, Indiana Cavalry.
