Native Virginian's that are fond of factual History. We found this site several years ago while searching for our ancestors. We didn't linger, we went on pursuing our links to the past, and in this pursuit we uncovered our ancestors who served in the Confederate States Army. This discovery lead us to Civil War histories, diaries and reminiscences. We began to wonder where the authors and their subjects were resting, one in particular, Jedediah "Jed" Hotchkiss. In looking for Jed our path crossed once more with Find A Grave, but this time we decided to add what we have found on this long journey through the bygone days. The journey continues in hopes of finding the ones that have been lost in the pages of time.
