|Bob & Sue||Edward Keonjian|
I have added many items to the Memorial Page of Edward Keonjian.
I do not have Internet so it just took me a little longer to answer your note. Sorry
|Sergeik||How does one include folks on this list?|
I noticed that the list is rather bereft of Seattle/Tacoma, Portland and Vancouver BC names. These three NW cities/regions were destinations for Russians coming out of the Far East and include Clergy, Flag Rank and senior officers as well as prominent people in the communities here.
How does one go about including this part of almost forgotten history?

|Jon Reeves||Ilia Khmara|
Maria Khmara was buried next to him, so I added that photo as well.

umm... I live about 250 miles from Spring Grove... However...
Use the Photo Request Button in the lower right hand column. One of my friendly Photogs will be out.

|Frank K.||Russian Names|
Could you do us the favor and check on these names and make sure we translated them correctly. If you find any spelling errors, please let us know. Thank you very much.

Hi, thanks again.
The cemetery list at http://pogost-tegel.info/index.php?id=3027 says Обряд погребения совершил сербский священник, which Google tells me means burial rites performed by Serbian priest.
So I'll try the inscription with Serbian.

Thank you for the translations, I appreciate it very much!
If you see any other mistakes or omissions, you can also enter them yourself if you like by clicking on the Edit tab of the memorial and then on Marker Transcription.
Thanks again, take care,

the information is taken from the book published in Russian in 2012 based on the cemetery transcriptions and regarding this interment they quote the cemetery books not the tombstone transcription.
Please in future if you want any correspondence regarding particular memorials, send a message using an Edit tab and include your mail. We often read mail on the move and it is too hard to look for your personal page to reply.
Thank you for understanding.
|Richard Harrison||RE: Ida Redina|
Well all I can tell you is I picked up a photo request from you for Victor Redina and when I scanned the National register to confirm the location I also came up with Ida, his wife. I tried just putting in the photo request myself but found if I do the system will not allow me to fulfill it. I can only fulfill requests from others, which is why I pinged you. I'll just get the photo for Ida and when I do Victor and add it to her site.
She is Memorial # 3746120; Victor is Memorial # 3746122
Los Angeles National Cemetery
