Hi
In an effort to keep Find a Grave a great place to do research I am asking people to provide evidence to back up edit requests. As you will see I have added her B C death certificate. Hope this helps with your research.

RE: The Saddlers
Oh ok, on your link to them. It seems the Saddler's are distantly related to everyone, actually, one of them had 25 kids!

Well, my Father was conceived out of wedlock by Luther Allen Saddler and my grandmother. Luther died when my dad was only about 1 year old. So, he took my grandmother's last name, Winn.

The Saddlers
Hey,

I noticed you left flowers for Luther Allen Saddler jr. Are you related to him? I am a Grandson of his and was wondering if you knew anything about him.

RE: Jane Mailhot photos
Glad I could be of assistance. I would have gotten some better shots but the niche is too far up the wall to reach.

RE: Sarah Elizabeth Hawkins
thanks again. You said "..her Father-in-Law, and his wife Elmira Walker Hawkins", which was a bit confusing. Wasn't her father-in-law also her uncle Silas? JD

RE: Sarah Elizabeth Hawkins
thanks the this information. I'm guessing you are related to the Hawkins'. I'm related to Silas' grandsons, Edgar and Avan who married into my Goans line. Can you tell him Elmina's maiden name? JD

RE: transfer of Ellen Neal
You know there are blank spaces all around her grave and if I remember correctly it is in an area where they did some repairs on the church. I will check this out now that you've piqued my interest again but I live in Texas so will have to wait till I go home again.

Ellen Neal
That little grave always called to me when I visited my Aunt and Uncle's graves in Syracuse. I'm so glad you found her. I have added your edit and will transfer her to you so you can care for her. In the next year I will try to clean her little stone if I get there. I see you are a genealogist. One little piece of advice I offer people on find a grave is that when you send new information you also add your documentation such as the Death certificate number as a source. It really helps and then information on find a grave is easier to source. The big problem is that once they added the edit buttons they didn't add a source button with it. Anyway thanks so much for taking care of Ellen.
