Bio Photo I live in Hopedale, Massachusetts. I spend a lot of time on the history of this very little town. It was the site of the utopian Hopedale Community in the 1840s and 1850s, and then became the home of the Draper Corporation, at one time the world's largest manufacturer of automatic cotton looms. RE: Charles E Pierce #143153873
Oh, thanks, Dan, I will be happy to look at your site. Was Charles Pierce a foreman or fireman?
You can put that on his memorial yourself, especially since you are the local expert.

I work Find A Grave and FamilySearch in tandem, and in the process flesh out both memorial and file at the same time, backed up by the documents attached to the FS files. It seems to suit both purposes very well.

Many thanks, again, for your great photos.

Thank you for fulfilling my photo request. He was a family member I have never met in person.

Thank you so much for the great photo!
Would you please load it onto his wife's memorial, too? Olive A Folsom Pierce #143153888. Their memorials are linked. Same stone, cover both memorials!
Many thanks. PJM

Thank you!
Thank you so much for the photo of my grandparents' and great-grandparents' headstone in Hopedale Village Cemetery. (McQueen) It looks just like I remember ... and now I have missing death years for both of the Roberts listed on the stone!
