| Bio and Links | I am an avid genealogist and have been doing this for about 30 years. Took a break for some time and am now back at it! Any photos I have on my memorials, that I have taken are free to be used, as long as I am given the credit for taking the photos. Any photos on memorials that I have taken over, you must ask the permission of the person who had taken the photo.
My primary names are: Lott, Boysworth, Burke, Craig, Bryant and Puckett. There are many more of course! All except for the Burke's are from the South Carolina and Georgia area mainly. My husband's Burke family is very mysterious. They are mainly from New York, Rhode Island, and Florida. Anyone willing to share, just contact me. I am happy to share! | |

 | Ella Catherine All Lott Her parents were Daniel All & Mahala Louisa Chitty: more research done by the late Sybile Pierce. She did great work and was super nice. :( Today I've been working on my Jordan family. They are buried UNDER "The Life Center" at First Baptist Church in Aiken, SC... and get this... they have no records and this part of my family was the first Sheriff of Aiken County and his son, Capt William M Jordan, Clerk of Court. Shame, shame on that church! One of my cousins said I should contact the genelogical society or some of the funeral homes. I think maybe that's good and perhaps I need to check some newspapers, Augusta Chronicle or Aiken Standard. The thing is this family either died out or moved out of town and FB Church knew this. Shame on them... Fran | | | Fran Bundy
 | Jesse Lott I was looking at familysearch this a.m for Census work.... you may want to look for yourself, too. It looks like Jesse Lott was PERHAPS the son of Jesse Lott, Sr and Nancy Martin Lott of SC & Hall County, GA, but not sure. I know that Winnifred Willis Lott was born about 1800 to 1804 and had "Hass" in 1838 based on the 1850 Census. IF Jesse Lott born 1807 living in Barnwell County was Winnifred's former husband, then this could be our man. I did see that this Jesse had a child born in 1839 and living with Caroline. The law suit of "Winnifred Lott vs. Jesse Lott" was filed in 1857, meaning that her former husband was living in 1850. This is, of course, speculative, at best on my part, but the Jesse Lott of Barnwell, married to a Caroline, did appear in Hall County, GA.(see censuses on familysearch) And according to the Hall County, Ga History, Jesse Hall was married three times, one wife was Nancy Caroline Alexander. Ages were right according to censuses. | | | | [View all messages...] |
