I am a Stay-at-Home-mom with two little ones and a grad student. I have always taken an interest in family tree histories. My father was an avid fan of Find a Grave and he introduced me to this site before he passed away in 2008. (Find A Grave Memorial# 46644773) I am happy to be a photo volunteer for much of the Los Angeles area!|
I've always liked to take photos and go to cemeteries, so this is a perfect past time for me! I LOVE to find relatives and homes for the memorials I make, so IF you see a memorial you'd like TRANSFERRED, I'm more then happy to do so, just put in the request. (Will transfer ANY except those in my Family Virtual Cemetery). ***Also, I try to get to edits as quickly as I can, but that doesn't always happen. I'm a busy gal. Please if you want the transfer, ask and you can make the changes at your leisure.***
You can feel free to use creative commons with the photos I take if you'd like to use them in your genealogy or family history projects.
Please note, when listing random memorials, I often try to link families together to the best of my ability, using my judgment and common sense. So, I imagine some of the relationship links I have created may not be accurate and I'm always happy to update or change if you can help.
Please do not send me requests to change the entry of MAIDEN name for Males whose name origin indicates that they are LATINO. This name is often their mother's maiden name and used for lineage purposes. Maybe a suggestion would be for Find A Grave to add an entry space for this.
My family lines are Schmidt/Wassem and Johnsen/Hale. My husband's family lines are Alves/Carvalho and Bacellar/Huet.

Thank you Carolyn for transfer so I could attach her to family. This is a very nice work that you do in Find A Grave. I am from Missouri and have been out there when I was in the Navy.

Would you please transfer memorials # 126180982 and # 126181142. I sent you some edits on these folks. I will do it myself if you will transfer them. His sister is my relative. I linked them to the parents through the 1920 & 1930 US Censuses.
