 | Thank you so, so much!!! Hi Diane & John,
What a wonderful and unexpected surprise to see my gggrandmother's gravesite image. My grandmother and mother took a trip in the 1930's to take a picture of her headstone. I have this photo and had tried to see if it was still standing. I had been told that a flash flood destroyed the cemetery in 2004 so I was resigned and happy to have the old photograph. My mother and I were shocked to see a new image of this headstone and to be able to read the text. The older photograph was impossible to read except for the name Garcia. We are thrilled to say the least.

 | RE: Re: Unknown #32844053 Thanks. I was just curious about this one. But I saw your picture of the cross of Alberto Dominguez, that the name looks rewritten. Was it faded or?? How did you know that name belonged on the cross? I wish there were dates, as this could be my gr-gr-grandfather. (My dad was born in Tombstone in 1905.) | Thank You for Photographing My Father's Grave Diane & John,
My mother and father divorced before I was a year old. The last time I saw him, I was two. For a variety of reasons, most of the photos of my father were destroyed. I managed to save one so I have an idea of what my father looked like around the time I was born. I never knew his birthday. I knew how he he died and that it happened when I was seven but never the exact date. His mystery has haunted me my entire life.
Thanks to you, I have a second photo. Thank to you, I know what Dad's birthday is. Thanks to you, I know the exact date he left this earth. You have given me a bit of peace with this photo and that connection to Dad is a priceless gift. Thank you for it.

 | 18371966 Leary We would like to use your photograph of Robert Leary and wife's grave marker on our family tree. I'm not sure if you consider this a memorial page or not. May we use it?
Thanks.
