| Token Request (Percy Ellis Sutton)
Hello ,
I hope that you and your family are doing ok. The Hunt family is always in my thoughts and prayers. I know you and family are missing your loved ones with all that has happen recently. I make it a point to remember them every day. If you get a moment, could you leave a token for Mr. Percy Ellis Sutton, he was a very prominent and respected Civil Right Activist, famed lawyer, Politician, Tuskegee Airman...He saved the beloved Harlem landmark "The Apollo Theater" from being demolished. However, most of all he was extraordinary man, whose family roots resides here in my hometown San Antonio, TX. His family strongly believed that during times when minorities did not have opportunity any thing was possible. Mr Sutton was the baby of his family (15 children) and all the Sutton children got college educations during an era when it was not easy. His family paved the way here for minorities in San Antonio they spoke-up when no one else would, Mr. Percy Sutton moved to NY were he made his mark. I along with two others submitted him for a famed rating and we got no response. So, I and another member are readdressing the issue with Find- A- Grave. Mr Percy E. Sutton homecoming says it all. A picture is worth a thousand words Check it out --the picture of his granddaughter paying tribute to her beloved grandfather is so powerful. I'm hoping that Find-A-Grave gives this extraordinary man his well deserved "famed" rating. Mr Sutton, work here on earth is done, but his legacy will live on forever. Thanks :) If you think he is worhty of a fame rating please pass it along to others and send the F.A.G. Administrations your thoughts.

You are very welcome it is honor to remeber your beloved mother, I understand where you are coming from. I don't understand the loss of a parent. I can only imagine the deep hurt you must feel, my heart goes out to you and your entire family, It is very true, no matter how much time passes, the huge void will always be there.
