Hi Glenda, Do you think Robb B. White #110185487 and Pvt. Robert B. "Robb" White #42013055 are the same person? The cause of death, etc. are exact. Thanks, CindyLee

RE: George Anson Coughran Sr
Does the county not have a record (such as death certificate) that shows who his parents were? In most states that information is on the death certificate and the funeral homes also have that information. I was hoping you were part of the family. Do you know of any of his family in California? I would very much like to contact any of that family.

Many thanks for all your help,
Meg

George Anson Coughran Sr
I am curious as to who his parents were. I am a Coughran from the line in Texas. I have a George Anson Coughran in Texas who was born 14 Jan 1914 and died 08 Jun 1925. His parents were James Anson Coughran and Pearl Avis McDaniel Coughran. His tombstone refers to him as "George Anson Coughran, Jr." which I find most odd as his father had a different name & cannot be a junior.

Your George Anson Coughran, Sr. must fit into this family somehow. Can you provide me with clarification on your George Anson, Sr., please?

Many thanks,
Meg Coughran Collins

David Giguiere
minor mistake
I found about you/this site on facebook, I am from Auburn California, originally. I now live in North Carolina. You have some photos of my dad's grave His name is William Giguiere, and he died 1n 1968. You have listed that his name was "Billy" it was not. His nick name was Bill. He IS married to my Mother Rosalie, not past tense. She will be buried next to him when she passes. Also the last photo that is shown is of a gate like a graveyard gate, is this gate at the new Auburn District cemetery? if so, I have never seen this and it was contributed by some one other then you and not anyone that I personally know. I am more then happy to give or add any additional information about my Dad to you, if in fact this is something you want or need. It was very kind of you to have taken the time to honor our dead, thank you!

RE: I found this on Ancestry.
Thanks. The Auburn Journal is known for its mistakes but the article heading was "Baby Passes" so I thought it was correct.

Lovett
Hi Glenda, I have a friend looking for information on Dretta Lovett. Your memorial says she was 11 years old, but her obituary say she was ll months old. If she was 11 years her mother Genenva would have been 8 when she was born if this is the same Geneva Lovett in Auburn in the 1940 census, and I think it is since her middle name is Dretta. Did you see the cemetery marker? If not I will try to find it. Do you still come to the library. The printer on the microfilm machine isn't working and when I take photos they don't turn out very good. Thanks, Karri
