I am trying to photograph all the tombstones in Perry Co. Arkansas. Some graves are marked with only rocks or old temporary unreadable markers. I photograph those for my records, I hope to make plats for each cemetery. I try to piece together old broken stones to photograph. I've cut down bushes to uncover hidden stones, dig up sunken stones and fallen in unseen holes, as well as capturing a snake in a photo on a tombstone,(Unseen until I uploaded the photos on the computer). Any photo I take and post here are for your benefit. You are welcome to use it any way you wish.

 | Jones in May Cemetery You have claimed some cemetery requests that I made for May Cemetery. When you attempt to find them, please note where Sallie Roberts gravesite is (i.e., who she is buried near). I believe she was the wife of my grandfather's Uncle Morgan Roberts. Her daughter Zephyr Jones is buried in the cemetery and may be near her. Thank you so much!Added by Patti V. on Apr 13, 2013 9:00 AM | | | Betty Whiteing
 | RE: Carl Norris You are welcome! We have finally had some good weather here so I took the opportunity to spend a little time at St.John's, which is easy because I love it there. I found your Norris stone right away so I then proceeded to capture photos of a couple hundred more while I was there - now I just need the time to upload them! | | | Iris Ayres Smale
 | Erie Hickman Thank you so much for transferring this memorial to me. He was "Grandpop" to my kids and they sure loved him.
This is such a great service you're doing and I'm blessed.
Thanks again, Iris Ayres Smale | | | anna hayes

 | RE: St. Boniface Cemetery. I was kind of concerned since there was no dates for this person....??
I'll be in the area this weekend, so I don't mind swinging by there and checking it out.
Thanks for the heads up!!

 | Liney Nooner Hi Sharon, thank you for all the photos! Do you know anything about Barbara Emoline Ballew Nooner and Liney Nooner? The "calculated" relationship and the birth dates don't seem to make sense for those two. Mary A. Nooner and Liney Nooner appear to be sisters but Liney was born 6months after Mary A.(according to the tombstones). Liney's tombstone only has the name of her father and not of her mother (could Mary and Liney have different mothers)? And, it also states "intended" wife of John F. Ballew?? There appears to be some other words engraved on Liney's tombstone but I'm not piecing it together. Did they call Emoline, Liney, I'm wondering? If so, the dates on the tombstone don't fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know you have taken pictures but may not know any details...I'm just curious. Thanks again. I'm making sure to add your name to any photos I use for my family tree. | | | Nick
