Bio and Links
Bio Photo Note: If you have no way for someone to leave a message I will not add any information. Also I will not make links to a burial unknown unless it is a cremation, etc. that goes by Find A Grave guidelines. What I mean by that is older burials, before cremation, that are unknown and are not in a cemetery.

I believe the ones who have left this life need to be remembered however great or small. Findagrave is a great place to do that with a memorial for them. Linking a family together is truly a great thing to do. Although optional I believe a photo of their marker, a photo of the person, or a little information about the person really adds to the memorial. A flower, flag, ribbon or a note also adds to the memorial.

A lot of the information I enter is from death certificates, from birth indexes, from census records, and from social security death indexes. Some of this information can be wrong. If you find any errors let me know. I want correct information. If you see duplicate memorials let me know. If you have any information about the people I have entered that you want me to add let me know. If you want a person linked to their parents or spouse let me know.

NOTE: Please use the edit button in the upper right hand corner of the memorial page to send corrections, additional information and link requests.

You can use my photos on your family trees. I used to think differently about that but as I get older I see things a little differently now. They are just photos but they can mean a lot to people who can't get to where their family members are resting.

These memorials are not our memorials, they belong to Findagrave. We are just contributors who add the memorials and information and then manage them. Thank you Findagrave for the greatest website on the internet and for letting us be a part of this great website.

Hazel A. Smith
Hi Julious---the a grave for Hazel A. Smith Memorial # 47806223 has an error. On the list of family members in black her husband is listed as James W Smith, Jr. It should be Sr.--Jr. is her son which i'm married to. Both Hazel and James have the same stone with James' mother buried beside them-Marguerite Smith. I don't know how to make this correction other than hoping you could? Thanks for your help. I'm on Ancestry at PatriciaHodgeSmith.

Robinson and Ellerbe Cemeteries
Hi Julious,

I had a thought and wanted to share in case you haven't already thought of this idea.

You could creat another cemetery page and name it Robinson, add the correct cemetery photo and remove it from the Robinson-Ellerbe combined page, then add the directions.

You could then move the correct people to the Robinson and leave the rest at the Robinson-Ellerbe Cemetery and add a not of the cemetery page that it is the Ellerbe Cemetery ONLY, not combined.

Just my thoughts and again, if I can help, please let me know. My email address is on my page.

Thank you,

RE: Robinson Cemetery
This is so unbelievable! I cannot believe after all your hard work that someone got Findagrave to merge the two cemeteries. I am almost speechless!

Thanks for letting me know. Again, if there is anything I can go to help, I am happy to do so.

Oh my....what a BIG MESS. Findagrave is super slow at correcting anything anymore unless you have better luck than I have with them. Then you would have to know who goes where.

I am so sorry that someone got the two combined. If you need my help in looking at DC's to identify who goes where, I am more than happy to help. Again, what a MESS! Let me know if I can help.

Thanks for all your information on Frederick Rivers of 1754. You mention that you have a report done back in 1990 by a group of students. I would love to get a copy of that report if possible. Thanks again for all your work.

Robinson Family Cemetery
Hello Julious,

Do you know if there is a Find A Grave page for a Robinson Family Cemetery. I was working on the Copeland family and have an obit and US Veterans Gravesites that both state the Walter Lee Copeland, son of Preston "Press" and Johnsie Wall Copeland is buried at Robinson family cemetery in Lilesville.

Mr. Copeland attended the Anson County Schools and later earned a mechanical degree at the Anson Technical Institute. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the W.R. Bonsal Company in 1986.

The funeral was at 2 p.m., Sept. 8, at Womble Chapel AME Zion Church in Lilesville, Sis. Bernice Ford officiating. Burial followed in Lilesville at the Robinson family cemetery.

Please let me know when you have time. I would like to make sure he has a memorial page if possible.

Thank you,

RE: Eddins cemetery
Julius, I talked with a daughter of Minnie Viola today. She is 95 years old. She told me that the young grave site in this site was a child of Dolly. She also told me that there are about 10 to 15 graves in this site. Most with no markers. Henry

Find A Grave Memorial# 51376948

I received a copy of his obit in the mail today. I would be happy to send you a transcribed copy if you would like to add it to his memorial bio. I know most follow the rules and refuse. Thought I would ask. BTW I did make a correction on his memorial for birth place and death place. This info came from his obit.

Confederate Families
Julious, I am just in awe of everything you have done on here, for Our Beloved Confederacy. Thank You so much for helping to Educate People and let them know about their Families Soldiers. I have done much of the same, about My Home State, Georgia.

I know how much time this takes, as I have written about, and connected Tens of Thousands of People, with their Families over a Dozen Years or so. I feel it is the most important Thing I could do, with what Years I have left. I actually have had to take a break from this..I was so obsessed with writing History for so long. I can't believe I just found you today?

I have some Uncles of Frankiln, Rudeseal Families who fought with some of the South Carolina CSA, I will find them and send them to you for Your Virtual Cemeteries. They all ended up in North Georgia, Habersham Co. From My 3rd Gr-Grand-Father Sgt. Jonathan Rudeseal Ga. CSA, I have 8 of these Uncles, from him and his wife's (Franklin)Brother's.

God Bless You and Yours, Cindy West Georgia
