When my younger sister died five years ago I added her info then to the Irville, Ohio, Cemetery but never was involved again until around three months ago. Our one son gave my wife a laptop last Christmas, she had Family Tree Maker by February with membership to Ancestry.com after that which I decided that we were the only ones capable in our family groups to get our lineage out to the world. We were involved in the O'Flaherty family reunion in the Shenandoah Valley since 1995 and I had put out a family newsletter from 1999-2006 but the reunion last occurred in 2005 so it ceased to exist since you can't have a newsletter w/o a reunion. However, with all the pictures and stories from those newsletters it just became part of our bucket list. I have a portable scanner now and have captured probably 300+ since this past summer of 2012.|

My pleasure. His marker is front and center in that section of Massanutten Cemetery. Beautiful setting.

You are very welcome, I'm always glad to help if I can. There are 4 more Wilsons buried there if you want any or all of them:
Edgar A. 1868-1870
Lydia Ann died 3-3-1846
Robert L. died 10-7-1844
Let me know at your convenience, I'm always happy to transfer.

Not a lot has been done at Holy Rood in terms of repairs, but we have good news on the infant's marker and her grandfather, I guess it is. I took this yesterday and look forward to re-photographing it when the grass grows in. I have some loose seed and should add it in to help speed things up !

I have added material that I had on John, my 5x great grandfather, in my records of him. You might want to check his bio now. cks

I used notes from my great grandmother. I have inherited all of the records since the unexpected death of my my uncle who had taken over after my grandmother passed three years ago. I will try to look further in all the boxes to organize as well over Spring Break. Also, plan to work hard hard after school is out. I will let you know what I find.

I did not know him, but like you I am a Clem Descendant. Nice to meet you cousin! My great grandparents were William B. Clem (1837-1907) and Mary Frances Breedlove (1853-1896). Our common ancestors are probably Johann Davidt Klemm (1717-1787) and Anna Gomar. Charles

Would you like for me to transfer Virginia's memorial to your care? She is not a relative; she is from the area where I was raised. I have her complete obit and could forward it to you if you would like to have a copy.
