Bio Photo I work for the Cass County Genealogy Department in the Harrisonville, Missouri library. Most of my family came from Jackson County and Benton County, Missouri. I am married to Jerry Wallen and have two sons and five grandchildren. I love books, scrapbooking and genealogy. My husband and I have Model "A"s that keep us busy going to car shows.

The source is in the caption. I also notice that they say his mothers maiden name was Brown? Where it is Breshears on here?

PS- the paper was crooked when they scanned it originally, so the clipping is a little off. Sorry about that. Just let me know if you want it taken off, ok? :-)

Hi--Even though his marker says 1875, he was actually born in 1874, ten months after his parents married (October 1873), both 16 years old according to the Find A Grave member who added their memorials. Yikes!
