Bio Photo Almost every genealogist sooner or later ends up looking for their ancestors in a cemetery because a great deal of information can be found there. If the listings and photos I've posted at Find A Grave has helped you send me an email or leave a message.

Transfers, family links must be done thru the proper edit, suggest a correction tab others will be ignored. A transfer is not necessary for family links or bio additions.

Another volunteer is creating duplkicates your entries while misspelling surname
Hi, Phyllis...As a fellow volunteer, predominantly on familysearch.org who uses this website as an invaluable tool, I am uncomfortable ignoring mistakes, which obviously can easily lead people astray (certainly not our collective goal, am I right?)...Accordingly, please check out entries 117104879 & 117104646 & 117104974 (there may be more entries like this, but these three I can definitively speak to), all of which postdate your entries, & FOR THE FIRST TIME ON FIND-A-GRAVE I AM WITNESSING THE CREATION OF MULTIPLE DUPLICATES BY WAY OF MISSPELLING THESE THREE FOLKS' LAST NAME, I.E., MILLHOLLEN IN LIEU OF MILLHOLEN...I only caught it because the computer research I do does somewhat ignore misspellings, given the number of errors always to be expected in historical records...I thought it best that you counsel your newer colleague regarding this , SPECIFICALLY NOTING THAT THIS OTHER "CREATOR" DOES NOT HAVE ANY HEADSTONE PICS ATTACHED TO THEIR MORE RECENT (& I believe incorrect) ENTRIES...Regards

Phebe Lorenz Pratt
Hello,

I just found your photo of Phebeʻs grave stone... thank you for posting it. She was married to my 6th cousin 4X removed. May I use the photo on my private family tree? I always give credit to the photographers... thanks so much...

Regards,

RE: Ernst Besser
Hi Phyllis,

Thank you for this information. The posting and death date I have on Ernst Besser;s memorial (my Great grandfather) is from the actual obituary in a Buffalo newspaper. Where can I find a copy of the death notice you mentioned?

Roger

Phineas Scott photos of headstone
Hi, I would love to add this headstone photo to my family tree on Ancestry.com with the photo credit to you of course. Please let me know if you object to this or to let me know how you would prefer the photo credit worded. If I do not hear from you , I will assume it is okay to use it. Thanks so much.

Votes for 1864: 1900 census. Votes for 1866: 1892, 1905,1910 census, gravestone. Now going for 1866.
Do you have stronger evidence for 1964?
