Capt Lonnie Ray Hoover|
Unites States Marine Corps
I have been researching my family tree for over 30 years. I have over 50,000 relatives in my Ancestry.com tree.
My wife and I have sold our ranch and are now living in an RV. We will be on the road for at least three or four years, I want to visit and photograph all the cemeteries where my relatives are buried. My roots start in Virginia and North Carolina, I am starting there and working my way west.
One of my projects was to HONOR my fellow Veterans who are no longer with us, by photographing the over 20,000 memorials in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Ft Gibson, Oklahoma, to date I have taken photos of over 19,000 stones and added most to findagrave, then I went back, added wives and deleted all duplicates.
If I am managing one of your relatives, and they are not in my family tree, contact me and I will transfer it to you, no questions ask. Feel free to use any photo I have posted to Find A Grave, that's why I do this.
I research the family lines of my grandparents, WALSTON, LAWRENCE, WILLIS and HOOVER.

Thank you so very much for allowing me to care for the memorial you made for him. I get him as updated and linked as much as possible.

Thank you for taking your time and doing this. I really appreciate what you have done. I got to see my Uncle Warren W. Rhodes's grave site for the first time, I am grateful for that. Thank you again, and thank you for your service. You are very appreciated!
The picture you put on Leorn Wallace (49684997)Florida National Cem. is not his.

Thank you so much for the picture of my aunts stone. She was a wonderful, sweet, and Kind human being. We all loved her so. She was my great aunt and aunt of my mother. Thank you again,
Just wanted to let you know that I happened upon the burial location of Leo Walston today while looking for someone else. You or someone else had requested a photo a while back and I was originally unable to fulfill the request because the publicly available records only cover burials up to 1985. A photo of his marker has been uploaded to his memorial.

Those rounded fonts are so hard to take, they all look fuzzy. I need more shadow, to take it about 12:30. On a weekend, that is sunny out, I will try again.

Good Morning, may we have your permission to use your picture in our family tree? It would add so much, as always we will cite both you, the photographer, and Find A Grave as our source. Thank you for considering it. S
