Bio and Links
Bio Photo My interest of documenting cemeteries began with a request to help on an Eagle Scout project in 2001.

Since I love creating and working with databases, digital photography and genealogy, what better combination!

I've documented many Howard Co. Indiana and Montclam Co. Michigan cemeteries with thousands of tombstone photos. My largest contributions are Arlington National Cemetery and Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis.

I love Find A Grave and I especially enjoy adding photos to memorials so that family members can visit their family member's grave at anytime. However, I ask that you respect my efforts. Please, do NOT copy my photos to ancestry.com without giving me credit. Simply indicate "© 2001-2014 John C Anderson on Find A Grave". I'd appreciate a note letting me know you have copied them. However, do NOT post them to other Find A Grave memorials. Just let me know and I will upload them. Use for commercial purposes is not allowed under any circumstances. However, it is okay with me for you to post my photos of your friends and families headstones on Facebook as long as you link it back to the Find A Grave memorial. You may use my photos on your own personal website if non-commercial, but photo credit is again appreciated.

This love of documenting cemeteries has led to the formation of Instone Data Solutions, a company used by government agencies and others to digitize their old cemetery paper records.

I'm more than happy to make corrections and add relationship links to other memorials.

ALL REQUESTS FOR corrections, additional information, or transfers: PLEASE do so with the Suggest A Correction (SAC) link on the memorial for that person. [Most memorials will have an 'Edit' tab on the upper right side of the memorial. Click on the 'Edit' tab, then click on the 'Suggest a correction' link on the Edit page.]

PLEASE NOTE: I'm very grateful for corrections and additional information, but I'm receiving 75-100 a day and cannot reply to everyone. Please check back to ensure accuracy of memorial page updates.

Please be assured I do most updates, corrections and links (via SAC, email or message) within a day. Guidelines do suggest a member send no more than 20 per week to a single contributor but have no problem with receiving as many as needed to get the objective accomplished - which is getting memorials, and the cemeteries, as accurate and complete as humanly possible.

Transfer Management.
This a request of all your Goodlet records that i have documents add to. The transfer tag is on your end. You just add my Id from the photos, i have posted into the Goodlet records, into the text box provided.

There is an ongoing investigation into the Goodlet Family, You activated when you merged my records into yours. The investigation involves Scotland Yard, the CIA, the FBI and Royal Family and their Genealogist. I gave the Royal Genealogist a sample of my DNA some time ago. The short of this is the remains of some boys matched my DNA. I am not going to supply the gory details. The cousins from Australia expressed their concern and would view your Goodlet Record as Trophies. My God Father who is third cousin the the mother Queen vowed someone would pay for this. He is Deceased but quite capable of speaking from the grave. So you been warned.

I will most likely will have to have the sheriff's department server you the noties to make sure you get it, have a Judge explain this to you and charge the court cost to Find a Grave. There is a grave stalker, that goes by the name of “Graves” who has acquired the control of my parents grave where i am listed on the headstone. My cousin’s from Australia would find his name listed on the record as kinda Creepy in light of what has happened.

I guess i get back to being my “Out of Sight Self”.

Louisa Charlotte Palmer Lemon
Find A Grave Memorial #46280403 was Abner Lemon's 2nd wife, not his daughter. His daughter was Charlotte Louisa Lemon Arntz. Abner and Louisa were married 25 Mar 1885 in Addison, Lenawee, Michigan:

Name: Abner Lemon
Age (Expanded): 59 years
Birth Year: 1826
Birthplace: Canada
Spouse's Name: Louisa C. Palmer Bench
Spouse's Age (Expanded): 34 years
Spouse's Birth Year: 1851
Spouse's Birthplace: New York
Event Date: 29 Mar 1885
Event Place: Addison, Lenawee, Michigan

Her parents were James Palmer and Charlotte Paine, who are buried in Addison. Could you please correct the family relationship for her? Abner was her husband, not her father. :) Thank you!

James Palmer: #79308451
Charlotte Paine: #79308445
Spouse Abner Lemon: #43919213

Oops, just realized you didn't say you were an Eagle Scout, but that you helped with a project - still an awesome project.

Just a note
I sent some edit suggestions for Find A Grave# 49164278 Dale Trudo, then I read your bio.
The shear number of memorials you've created and the photos you've taken are amazing. The fact that you got started as an Eagle Scout project is just awesome! My son received his Eagle Scout a couple of years ago, coming in 2nd place in our district for his project. The young man who came in 1st recorded several hours of stories from military veterans to add to the national archives - another awesome project!
Just wanted to share that story, thought you'd appreciate it as an Eagle scout :)

Mettie M Pence - 45993603
