I'm an amateur WWII historian in the Nashville area. I'm quite familiar with the cemeteries in this area, and would be glad to help anyone out looking for a friend or relative.|
Anyone is welcome to use the photos I have submitted to this website for non-commercial purposes. I enjoy helping others, and do this without any monetary compensation, so please don't try to make any money off my photos.
Just an aside-- if I submit a photo that's hard to read, it's because I'll not apply anything to the marker- sand, chalk, flour, etc., unless I get explicit permission from the family to do so.

I noticed that you had added a Find A Grave record for Walton Anderson Austin. I found his obit in my husband's grandmother's album and thought you would be interested in seeing it. I put it on his findagrave record. I can send you a better copy if you like.

Your site photo is perfect. It's always looked just like that in my mind, and to see it on the computer screen is pure joy. You caught the atmosphere, and ya done good, kiddo!

My connection with Cpl. Yoder is only that someone requested his headstone photo, and it was my honor to supply it.

|Doug Martin||RE: Annie Martin|
If you would like to send that would be fine.
|Doug Martin||Ira Vick|
I would like to thank you for the photo of Ira Vick's gravestone. You took a photo recently after a request and it was very nice of you and greatly appreciated by us here in the Birmingham area.
|Dianne & Ron Armstrong||RE: Thomas Johnson|
Great! You solved one mystery for us :)
|Dianne & Ron Armstrong||Johnson graves|
Oh thank you SO much. If you still have the high resolution copies, can you send me at firstname.lastname@example.org I was trying to determine if Thomas's stone says died in June or July 29, 1842. I see it out there listed both ways on various trees.
