Carlton, Greene & Watson My ancestors from NC are Carlton, Greene and Watson. Doc Watson, the American legend from Deep Gap, NC was my second cousin. I noticed your memorials for Carlton's on Find A Grave. My great grandmother was a Carlton in NC. You show the surname of Watson in your Bio. You can contact me with a personal message using my email address.

Richard Lee Greene Sonya, Hello, we have talked on ancestry.com, and I see that you are down Richard Lee's family line, I am down his older brother Elihu's line. Do you have any pictures for this family, or know where Richard Lee is buried? Or maybe even some of his other brothers and sisters? I know where some are but not all, a lot of them are buried with John Riley and Malinda Watson.
Kirkpatricks Sonya, the policy is that you can save photos if you have permission from the owner. I am happy if anyone wants any of my photos--I put them on there so researchers can use them! I am unrelated to the Kirkpatricks, but my husband is. His paternal grandfather's sister, Lenore Rogers, married John Robeson Kirkpatrick, son of Milas. (I've posted pictures of them on their sites in "Byrd Chapel Methodist Church" cemetery in Kents Store, Fluvanna County, VA if you would like to go their and copy them. The top pic is of her mother, Lorena Rogers and Hazel Rogers, her granddaughter.) We live just up the road from where Silas Kirkpatrick and many of his family, including Milas, lived and a half mile from the Upper Crabtree Cemetery. Are you a Kirkpatrick descendant?
