Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have loved cemeteries ever since a child when I went with my Grandmother and she told me about all the people and their lives.

My dream would be to have all the memorials I have entered to be claimed by family. I will be happy to transfer memorials to you.

I am interested in the Civil War NYS Volunteers --the 189th Regiment and the 8th Heavy Artillery

RE: Rayment
You have probably already discovered that Charles, the one born in Islington, was the son of Joseph E Rayment and Maria Rayment. His brother was Edward Rayment but alas, not the one who was your grandfather

Robert Tate
Edward Tate
Edward Tate is my fifth great grandfather. I'm off to Ireland in the fall and would love to do some research but have no idea when or from where he came. Do you have any further information on him or Ann Cameron?

Fay L. Jones - Thurston, NY
Hi, Thank you for your cemetery work! I am very grateful.
A little info about the Fay Jones entry in case anyone else ever looks for him.
As often happens, the date on the stone is incorrect. Fay died March 27, 1901, of what my family said was "black diptheria." I have his obituary from the Bath newspaper which says "tonsillitis." Probably they didn't really know.
The "L" stood for Leslie.
He was a beautiful, little blonde haired, blue eyed boy. My sister has his portrait. (He was our uncle.)

RE: Asa Cross
Thank you Caroline!

Yeah, Asa is buried next to Harriet and Lewis on Unionville's upper side by the big tree that came down. I think that he is their grandson. Bonus: Wild strawberries grow there!

Yes,I do have more relatives I have three (Elizabeth, Harriet and Lewis) more Cross' at Unionville as well as twelve Rumseys coming from Thurston, Townline and French Hill.

The saga continues!
