Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in a small Nebraska town. I have family and friends buried in several Nebraska cemeteries and also some buried in the very northeastern part of Montana. I love visiting cemeteries and looking at the grave markers. I also LOVE to take pictures!!! Please let me know if I can help you get the pictures that you need!!

Also, in the Fairmont/Geneva area, I go by the name of Mary instead of Marietta.

The answer is in the original email
the sequence of numbers has no meaning without reference points people can understand and interpret

RE: Brahmsteadt family
I did not know that the cemetery renumbered the graves. The location that I have on the memorial came straight from the cemetery book several years ago. If you would please resubmit the new location number, I will change them.

Mary,
I have updated all of the burial changes you sent. Just to let you know we will be gone in September for 3 weeks, so I will not be able to update changes immediately.
This is just to let you know.

RE: Edith Kudlacek
I have generally thought in those cases, it is okay to have 2 memorials. The photo of the gravestone at Fort McPherson should be on that memorial, and the photo at Grafton should be at that memorial. Each memorial should reference the other. Your explanation is pretty good. Generally we use the word "cenotaph" when there is a gravestone but the person is interred elsewhere.
I have examples of this. See Maxine Throckmorton # 121376173. I don't know which husband she is buried with as she has 2 stones. I can guess, but haven't looked for any evidence.
