Everything I do on this site is in memory of Mommy and Daddy. |
I am trying to connect all of my family. If you see that I have made a second memorial for someone please let me know and I will try to fix it. Sometimes I make one as a temporary until I can get the owner of the other one to either connect with parents/spouse or to fix info(and sometimes I forget to remove the temporary one). It isn't about who made it, I just want to see them all connected.

Did you get my SAC concerning this veteran? I am afraid this is not the person you thought it was.
|Headstone Genealogist||Mount Royal Cemetery Photo Request|
Mount Royal Cemetery has 165 acres. The burial plot location must be supplied so a volunteer can go take the photo.
You can get this free information by filling the form here: www.mountroyalcem.com/index.php/en/our-services/genealogy-menu.html and in the "Desired Service" field, select "Burial Location (free)" and enter the information.
If the Genealogy page was not helpful then email your request to email@example.com
The cemetery will email you the location (3-10 working days).
Have the memorial updated with the plot number.
You will have made it possible for the photo to be taken.
|As Time Goes By||David Donnal|
Hello, Amy Your request for headstone photo for this gentleman Mr. Donnal (1824-1899 in West Liberty Fairview cemetery is listed in the survey book from 1982 as being on the "Caretaker's List",which means he most likely has NO stone marking his grave. However, I will visit the cemetery sexton and see if he can help at all. But I shall get back to you on hat in the next week or so. Will try to at least get a copy of the area he is in. so, she wasn't born in heidelburg?
|Frank Cicerale||RE: David Hopkins|
Is it possible that the David Hopkins that you are looking for, died in 1855 and not 1885. If he died in 1885, he would have been 107, not impossible, but unlikely.
|scarduff||Your Joel Baldwin and my Hartman/Hartmon/Mortman|
Thank you for the image on your Joel Baldwin findagrave memorial in Buckabee Rural Cemetery, Chili Center, Monroe County, NY.
The narrative about the pioneer religious society of of the Chili Chili is of great interest to me. Among other things it mentions my Hessian ancestor Conrad Hartman whose name appears as Conrad Mortman in the article. Probably a just typo. I always love to see background info on my 'people'. In a Chili Center published history I found Conrad listed as one of the early members Center Presbyterian Church. I recently found him as an early founder of the Presbyterian Church in a published Granville, NY town history. He was there in the 1790 census.
Conrad's wife and son are buried in the Buckabee Cemetery as Rhoda Hartmon and Waitstill Hartmon. I have posted memorials for Conrad who is buried in Turnpike Cemetery, Bradford Co, PA where he died. Also have a virtual cemetery listing for Rhoda Parker Hartman, memorial 19733371 before I found her burial in Buckabee.
No question, just a big THANKS ......and wanting to get this history out there for others to find and make connections it's taken me decades to find.

|Velma Buckman||Photo Request in Orange Hill Cementary|
By chance do you know an about location of the grave? I was out there today and walked a large portion of it and didn't see her. It's a large cemetery and I can't walked the whole thing with two kids. If you know of the location or anything like that, I would be glad to help.
