Jim--it was just like a Christmas gift to find your great photo of Ted and Orion's marker! I do have such appreciation for the talent of photographers who take clear, legible photos of our ancestor's markers--and in such cold weather, yet! I have been trying to link all of the sibs to their parents, and this was the one that had no gravestone photo. Thank you for your skills, your mileage, your time in tromping through the cemetery without a grave location, and your time in taking and uploading the photo! Volunteers like you make this site so valuable to those of us searching for the history of our families. May 2015 bring you all good health, good luck, and peace!
What is your preference in regard to use of your marker photo--whatever you decide, thank you for everything!

Jim thank you so much for the photo of my great great aunt and her husband. I certainly appreciate it. Hoping you and your family have a Blessed New Year.

Dear Jim,,, I have no idea who you are.... but my sincere and heartfelt thanks for my Grandmother and Grandfather, Carrie and Raymond Pollard.... I take it that the photo's provided are from you.... Originally, through Ancestry.com all information was directed to Ms. Elizabeth Root.... I have tried for 3 years, through find-a-grave and Ancestry.com to communicate with this woman.... disappointingly, to no response, she appeared to be an advocate for the cemetaries and heritage in Connecticut. I am very grateful that you visited my grandparents and thought enough to take a photograph.... I reside (for part of the year in Florida (I am Carrie and Raymond's granddaughter and at this writing I am 52 years old.... I have "rekindled" with Carrie and Ray's other childred/grandchildren in California.... I know that you ARE a VOLUNTEER, such as me who takes photo's on a request-bases, only,,,,, AGAIN, please accept my heart's THANK YOU, for my grandparents....

Thank you so much for the lovely shots of the stones from Rev. WW Andrews and his wife. The dusting of snow is quite picturesque but probably didn't improve the trek. Bless you!

Thanks again. Veggo is my husband's cousin not nephew. I forgot that Eric (Veggo's brother) was also there.
Thank you so very much for the stone pictures I had requested, your time is very much appreciated.

Thank you for fulfilling my photo requests. These people are my husband's great-grandparents, grandparents, great-aunts, great-uncle and uncle.
A nephew, Veggio Larsen, was just buried there this summer. If you saw his marker, can you let me know. We haven't added him to Find-A-Grave yet.
