Bio and Links
Bio Photo My name is Sammy Garner from Belgreen, Alabama. For the last five years I have been working with the Franklin County Archives to update all of the active cemeteries in Franklin County. I also helped with re-mapping the KP Cemetery. My love is Geneology. I am updating the family histories of the Grissoms, Hamiltons, Hesters, Pounders, Taylors and Tompkins. I have been using Family Tree Maker to do this. I recently started using Find A Grave to post family histories by using the Family Link feature. I will transfer management of any memorial to anyone having anything to add.

Holland Question
Can you tell me how you have a memorial of yours: Flarry Mae Holland Clanton linked to her parents. I am of the HOLLAND family and trying to piece this together, what is your proof. Thank you.

Nellie Massey
I transferred her to you. Hope you get her in the right cemetery. I don't think I will be traveling that far for a bit, tied up here. Joy

Archives
Can you tell me more about the archives in Franklin County? My husbands parents are from Phil Campbell and Haleyville (Marion County). I would love to come and research old obits, marriages, etc. Do they have things like this? Please email at melnbil@cableone.net

Billy Fuller memorial
Thanks for letting me know about the duplicate. I always check the cemetery to make sure a memorial has not been done yet. The other contributor is bad about creating a burial unknown memorial and then later adding the cemetery. Find A Grave told me whoever lists the person in the correct cemetery first is the one that stays but I am deleting mine (this time)

Re: Wilbie Turbyfill
Thank you for bringing the duplicate to my attention. I check, but still sometimes I miss one. This one was obvious since it was added a year before Mr. Turbyfill died. I deleted the one I added. Thank you again.
