Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a life long resident of Fort Worth, Texas. I have been researching my families genealogy since 1975.
All of my memorals are my ancestors, or extended family. If you have any questions, or would like something added please feel free to ask.

I am researching FANNING GRISSOM LAWSON BRUSH and those associated on my Mothers side.
I am researching CLARK BUTLER HOLMSLEY KITTLE and those associated on my fathers side. All in Texas.

My husbands family that I am researching are BROWN McPHERSON BLACKBURN MANIRE.
If you are related to any of these families in Texas then please let me know.

Please check out my TEXAS Confederate Soldiers. They represent every branch of my family.

A Poem I found on this site:
We are child and an invisible cord...not seen by the eye...It's not like the cord that connects us 'till birth ...this cord can't be seen by any on earth....This cord does its work...right from the start...It binds us together....attached to my heart...I know that it's there...though no one can see...the invisible cord from my child to me......The strength of this cord is hard to describe...It can't be can't be denied.....It's stronger than any cord man could create....It withstands the test...can hold any weight.....And though you are gone...though you are not here with me....This cord is still there...but no one can see......It pulls at my heart...I am bruised...I am sore....But this cord is my never before......I am thankful that God connects us this way....A mother and child....death can't take it away!

RE: Powell

I would like to start working on this. So forward anything you have and I will try to learn how to do this. Thanks. I have been searching for the parents of Elizabeth Mariah Poates Manire like death or birth cert she was born in 1827 died in 1890 buried at Rush Creek in Wise county but no marker. If I can find where I would put a marker out for her and grandpa Joel James Manire.

Sophia Wilson Jones 64958079
I'm confused as to what you are asking about Sophia. Why don't you think her name is correct? I noticed you are the caretaker of Anthony Gordon Wilson, yet you state in my message he is buried somewhere else? Would you like me to transfer Sophia to you so you can manage her memorial? That is about all I can help you with. Good luck in your search. Beckie

I do not have any information about this person. His memorial was transferred to me. I would suggest you contacting the person that took the headstone photo to see if they know which part of the cemetery it is located in. Maybe that way, you can find out if they are near one another. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Beckie

Manire Family
As you can see my grandmother was a Manire. We need to compare notes. She was a sister to James Manire also buried at Mimosa.
