My husband died when he was quite young, so I have tried to provide a background on his family and mine for our sons. My efforts are focused on our extended families.

RE: John Erick Lund
Hi Nancy,

Inga Lund and Esther Ericksen are both buried in unmarked graves. Esther is buried next to Leif, Inga, William, Ray and John Erickson. They have on the piece of paper lists a Sophie and Marie Erickson not sure if they're buried in that section as well. Esther's last name is spelled differently than the rest of the Erickson's that she is buried next to wonder if they're in relation to Esther? I took photos of Leif and Inga's gravestones also. For Inga Lund and Esther I took photos of there plots to show who is buried next to them like I did for John Lund's photo.

You are very welcome it makes me feel good helping others with there family history as I've gotten so much help with mine!

Hi Nancy,

You are very welcome helping people is my passion makes me feel good. I go to Union cemetery a lot and next time I go to the cemetery I'll take those photos. I've been working on sections at a time cleaning and finding gravestones that are buried in the ground or almost covered with grass. The next section I'll be doing is the section where Arnold is buried. I added and transferred Lars and Amanda's memorials to you. Instead of sending photo requests out for Union cemetery you can send me a message the ones you want taken and would be happy to take them for you. I'm not one of those people doing it just for numbers I do it because it makes people feel good when they see that there's a memorial for there loved ones as well as it makes me feel good..

Hi Nancy,

Swan and Anna Swanson are buried in unmarked graves as well as Arnold Miller I kept there photo requests open because I was wondering if you wanted me to take photos of the plots there in both Swanson and Miller have upright monuments but different last names on the monuments I'm see that Anna and Swan are buried in Anna's parents plot and Arnold is buried in the Quarfoot plot with Carl and Anna Quarfoot. I've added photos to Martha Stone's and also Roy's sisters memorials. I also took photos of Lars P Anderson 1839-1922, Amanda Anderson 1876-1920 they buried in the same plot as Ellen in Heaberlin/Hedman plot Lars and Amanda don't have memorials if you would like to to add them I'd be happy to add photos or if you'd like I can add them and transfer the memorials to you!

You're very welcome. I did take Ben's photo as well, who lies alongside her. I assume this was her husband. I had to create a memorial so let me know if you'd like his memorial transferred to you. I work in Fort Snelling as well and had claimed one of your requests for Donald Hill. The plot was wrong and I suggested an edit only to have that claim somehow undone, which has never happened to me. Another contributor then picked up that one and his wife's. Very frustrating. Just wanted to mention that this happened and I didn't ever unclaim it.
