Thanks, Jill, everything looks good. Now I can see how similar Deborah Devol McFarling's and Randolph McFarlings were. So the last line was "Life Aug..."
Sending you a link to my tree.

Randolph McFarling
Since the clipping clarified his death date, I do think it should be included. I could send you the document if you like, and you could post it on Randolph's memorial. Will you change the date on Find A Grave?
Randolph is my husband's 3rd great- grandfather.

I have a copy of a newspaper dated 20 Aug 1839 with the following:

Suicide. - A man named Randolph McFarling of Bristol township, Morgan co. Ohio, committed suicide by hanging himself, a few days since. He had been married but a week or two previously.

Charles Justice
Thanks for the comment about Charles a Justice duplicate grave in Stockport, Ohio. I have this one linked to his parents and most of his siblings plus a biography. The person who created the other did not respond to requests to transfer or link or update so I went ahead. If you can convince him to update his, I would be happy to remove mine. Charles Justice was an uncle of mine with no children so I am sure they would not qualify for a transfer request.

RE: Alice Ann Deets Brown
Mary L. was the first wife of Alfred, right? And Alice the 2nd. I had trouble reading the "wife of Alfred" on Mary's stone, but my husband read it from his angle. So Harry was the son of Alfred and Alice; Susan and Love the daughters of Alfred and Mary. There are a lot of empty spots, unreadable stones, and some stones in the woods in that section, so Alfred could be there, too, although the cemetery records don't list him.

Thanks for the Ohio offer. My family is mostly here in NW PA. I live in Washington state but am here helping care for my 93 years old mother. So when I'm off duty, I go to the cemeteries.

Alice & Mary Brown at Bethel Cemetery
If you would like my original pictures of the Browns at Bethel Cemetery, Franklin, Venango Co, PA, let me know. Maybe you could tweak them and read more than in my versions.
