Bio Photo **Please use the new edit functions - you can easily enter DOB/DOD and link information, and then I can hit the Approve button. If you choose not to, it can take up to 30 days for me to make your edits.**

IF you are going to use my photos please BE COURTEOUS and make a note as to where you got the photo from when using on the World Wide Web as this is the proper way to source/cite your information. And just good manners.

Please do not posts photos that are from obituaries. If you do I will have F.A.G. remove the photo. If you do ask me to post an obituary, I will delete out the living people mentioned. Also please include the newspaper and date that the obituary was reported or I will not post the obituary and ask for that information. Please read the guidelines from FAG as there are copyright issues involved. I would truly appreciate it these rules being followed. I will not post obituaries that are dated from the past 75 years per FAG rules.

St. Anthony Cemetery, Quincy
I have a 1962 photo of a tombstone for Hildegard b 1916 d 1916 Bordewick who is buried at St. Anthony. She is the child of Anton 141567004 and Anna Maria Huenkemann . Have I just missed her Find a Grave?

Hi Busy,

Thank you for bringing the dupe to my attention. I do not know how I managed to do that, but eliminating dupes does preserve the integrity of the site, so I appreciate that.

I forwarded the parental links and some added details to the manager of the original before deleting mine.

Thanks again,

Thomas Cain
It has been a long time since I posted his memorial, so I will have to give you all the possibilities. I visited the cemetery and obtained from marker. I possibly backed this up from info from Jackson county cemetery book. They do have a more recent DVD, but I have not looked at it, so that is not a possibility. I do remember posting an entire cemetery(Sailers) that I stumbled across, but I don't think this is the one. I could be wrong. Since Elizabeth Kennedy Orr is in the cemetery I would say I came across when researching the Kennedy family. I have not been able to figure out why she ended up here, except that there is a Martha Cain married to one of my gggrandparents and she is possibly related this way. I will look through my notes and see if I made any notations about him. Hope this answers some of your questions.
Best regards!

Sister Regulata
Hi! I'm sorry but I don't have a copy of the obituary. It was sent to me but I can't remember by whom. Try checking the paper's website:

Have you tried the School Sisters? If not, write to the

Sister Archivist
Villa Assumpta
6401 N. Charles St.
Baltimore, MD 21212

They usually have a complete biography for the Sisters. Good luck!

If I have made correct calculations, Janet's 2nd great grandfather (Mark H Powell) was a brother to my great grandfather (Joshua S Powell).
Joshua married Alice Emma Lowery and had several kids. Their youngest was Leona Anna Powell and she married my grandfather Lloyd Harold Bennett. They had several kids (Lloyd Harold Jr is deceased) and my dad, Jim, was the youngest.
He and my mom are still married. I have one brother.
Most of the earlier generations in my ancestry line had lots of children so there are a lot of 2nd and 3rd cousins out there.
My Bennett line came from England in the mid 1860's. I have a couple of generations documented back in England.
I'm one of the only ones in my closer family that has done any research. My search started with just the names of my grandparents and not much more. I work really hard to document true connections with birth/marriage/death certificates, census info, military records, what-have you.
Anyway, let me know if you have any questions for me.

Thank you for letting me know there was an error for her mother. I've linked her now to the correct mother. I don't know how I made that mistake.
