I have been researching my family for over ten years. Within the US, the surnames I am following are BOCKIUS (PA & OH), BUCKIUS (OH), BRUMBACK (VA), and COPP (VA, TN & OH). Findagrave is a wonderful website because I can share family pictures and information here on the internet and I can at last see the final resting places of my ancestors across the US. All the FindaGrave volunteers have been so helpful---I really appreciate the help I've found on this website.|
The memorials that I manage are family-related; however, I will gladly transfer any to someone who is more closely related than I am. Please also contact me for additional family information, or if you have corrections or additions to the memorial.

Wow that's interesting about the same person having tombstones at 2 different cemeteries. I did have something similar happen where a husband and wife had a duel stone engraved with their birth dates. The wife died 1st and the death date was recorded. The husband remarried and when he and his 2nd wife died he was buried with her instead of his 1st. Take care and thanks for the info. Bill

Hi Linda, Thanks for the suggestion yo sent me for Elva Lentz Bockius. I am happy to add Mrs. Bockus's husband to her memorial. While researching my family tree I have found a lot of information on Find-A-Grave and I am always glad to add items to help other genealogists track their roots. I do have a question though. Is Mr. Bockius buried at Hillcrest? I have been photographing all the grave sites and did not come across a tomb stone. Thanks again and take care, Bill.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'm sure the spelling is a valid variant. I received this spelling from records I found and another researcher who had researched the family to some extent. if I find records that show this spelling I will add it as a variant spelling and note you as one of the sources.
