I started doing family research to find out more about who my family was and where we came from. I did this for my dad, DeLeon Adams. I am in constant need and want of more information and pictures of ANY family members. My family names include: Deschamps/Dishong from France, Adams, Cooner,Peeples, Brazzel, Bonnette,Morgan, Mulkey and Purcell (for starters)! My kids side is: Rymer,Wilcox,Gates,Gamble. |
If there is a memorial I have added and they are family members of yours and you would like to have it please let me know. I always thought family history was meant to share with other family members and to help each other out with what they dont know.

Thank you, Sarah.
Oh gosh, I have lots of stories of Tom, Marguerite, Elmer, and Larue, but I don't think that's what you want. You want Blanche, and I only have a couple of stories. Absolutely all of us talk about how the heck did he get such a beautiful girl. One story that my 2nd cousin Murray (grandson of Charles and Addie) tells is that whenever they would pass the Ft Myers Cemetary that Tom would take his hat off for Blanche and say "my Blanche is in there." I have never been able to find her in there!!!

|Jean Gaissert||Nathan L Wallis and Mary Wallace|
I have recently done an edit on these two saying that they are, respectively, Son of William Blount Wallace and Laviney Wallace; and that Mary Wallace is the second wife of William Blount Wallace. I GOT A REPLY SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT MATCH YOUR RECORDS. I am a direct descendant of William Blount Wallace #32777493 and his wife Laviney #32777468 and know these to be facts.
Nathan IS the son of William and Laviney - Wallace is spelled in various ways in the earlier years.
AND, Mary Wallace #66271791 IS the second wife of William Blount Wallace, her maiden name was Mary Steel.

|EdrieAnne||James Nuton Reed|
You have a bunch of James Nuton Reed's children labeled as children of M.A. Reed, their grandfather. I've set up corrections on them.
|Vivian Saffold||William Blount Wallace|
William Blount Wallace would have been 59 years old in 1862. Despite the tombstone inscription, I believe that the Civil War record belongs to William Blount Wallace's son, William Reddick Wallace (1834-1909). William Reddick Wallace is buried in Prospect Cemetery in Chamblee, Ga. Thanks for all your great work on Find A Grave.
