PLEASE RESPECT EVERYONE'S RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH THE POSTINGS THEY CLAIM! When you override and take the photos, you do NOT do them a favor, you take away their right and joy.
It is a joy and passion to honor others in finding and photographing the headstones of their loved ones. I GIVE THE BEST TO MY PHOTOS TO INCLUDE TRYING TO CLEAN THEM BEFORE PHOTOGRAPHING THEM! I treat them as if they were my own requests by dusting them off, lightly scrubbing them and even cutting away the loose grass around the markers. I even "talk" to the deceased, tell them why I am there and say a prayer for them. I have had the best time strolling through our local cemeteries. I find cemeteries a peaceful place for me.
I'd love to remain a part of this website, so please when any contributor claims a request, do NOT go ahead and take a photo, unless you are asked to do so. That's why WE claim it, so WE can do it. Thanks!
