I will gladly transfer any memorials that do not belong to my family tree to other family members, regardless of family linage. I believe the fag. "Guidelines" are just that--Guidelines and honestly don't see the point of denying others from managing any of their own family members memorials.

RE: Frankeberger
Hi Denise,

I was happy to transfer the 3 Frankeberger memorials that I made. The other two that I think you'd like to manage were made by another person. I'm sure she'd transfer them to you if you ask.

Hi Denise - If you look at the grass in the headstone photo you can see it really is in focus. There is no way to sharpen the lettering. It is a combination of the kind of stone it is and weathering for 79 years. These light gray stones are particularly difficult to photograph. Your best bet would be to request another picture. I can't take one for you as this cemetery is too steep for me anymore. But I'm sure someone can do it. It may require scrubbing the debris out of the lettering, wetting the stone, or some combination of techniques. When you make your request specify that you want a sharp clear picture. Best of luck and I hope someone can get you a photo you like. The letters in the note box are the grave location - Section H, Wall Block 5, Space 311. ~Chris

Are you telling me that all the Kitchen individuals buried in Forest Grove Cemetery are related to you?

The records I posted are not "death certificates", they are copies of the 3x5 cards from Joseph's military pension file, which was obtained from the National Archives. The images are not cut off, they just appear like it. The card I posted on Sarah's memorial provides her name and the date she applied for a her widow's pension. I contacted the manager of Roy DeWitt Smith's memorial and asked that it be linked to Joseph and Sarah. He was their son. I believe I sent you a list of the names of all 8 of their children? The names were obtained from the 1880 and 1900 Census.

I'll gladly transfer anybody not related to me to any interested person--unless they have an excessive number of BUs, which you do. See my page and the Forums for more concerning the problems and huge amounts of headaches and work they cause for the Admins. I'll be glad to add any info you send.
