I will gladly transfer any memorials that do not belong to my family tree to other family members, regardless of family linage. I believe the fag. "Guidelines" are just that--Guidelines and honestly don't see the point of denying others from managing any of their own family members memorials.

|Long Black Veil||Donald C Riggs|
You posted a photo on the memorial of Donald Riggs Memorial # 8961311, I am wondering if the lady in the photo is Donald's last wife Wilma G Harrison, and if you have any info on her? I would like very much to get in touch with Wilma is she is still living. Of course she may have re-married since the death of Donald Riggs.
Thank you for all the work you do on find a grave, which helps so many people.
|R. D. Lunsford||Dan W. Gill Sr.|
I posted a picture of Dan W. Gill Sr. If you can please write a detailed biography on his memorial page. He was a legend in the education field and his grand story should be told. Thanks so much for all you do on behalf of this fine website. r.l.
James Walker (County Armagh - Ireland) was married three times...
He had two children from previous marriages Margaret and Charles Walker.
Ellen Gilchrist was his third wife.
They had three children:
David Walker (My great grandfather)
Elizabeth Walker (Casmey))Elizabeth was 17 when she married Richard Casmey in Hinchenbrook Township)
James lived until 1907
Ellen lived until 1902.
My great grandfather David Walker had 4 children with Jane McFarlane (his first wife)
James Walker (my grandfather)
Edith Walker Blair
Hattie May Chamberlain
Ellen Walker Wilkins
When Jane died around 1900 my grandfather left his home in Frontenac not to go back for 25 or so years. During that time David remarried - her name was Lydia Jeffries.
Lydia did not want any of Davids children in the home so:
Hattie went west (kindof adopted)
Edith (I don 't know where she went)
Ellen married Archie Wilkins and lived in New York State until her death. She had one son.
My grandfather James William Walker married Emma Cameron in 1912 and they had the following children:
1912 Ray Cameron Walker (my father)(has 11
children)(my dad died in 1973)
Willis Walker (has two children)
Audrey Walker (had two children)
Mabel Walker Bailey (had one son)
Mary Walker Porteous (had two children)
Clifford Walker (had six children)
Dougald Walker (died in his early years)
All of my Aunts and Uncles mentioned above are now deceased.
I will email you more info later on... Its quite the journey to find all these relations...

2nd great grandfather? Can you fill me in on the connection?
Was in Seattle past May.. Beautiful....
|Carmen Walker||James Walker|
I am a great great grand-daughter of James Walker and Ellen Gilchrist. My grandfather was James William Walker son of David Walker and (Jane McFarlane). My grandfather was born in 188? and when his mother died he left home - he was about 15 years old. He married Emma Cameron in 1912 and their first child was Ray Cameron Walker (my father). My father died in 1973. He and my mother (Molly Roberts) had 11 children. All presently alive and well. My mom and dad died in the 1970's. They are buried in Maple Ridge Cemetary Ontario two graves over from James and Emma Walker.
I was to Piccadilly Cemetary last summer and was wondering who was tending the James Walker Grave-site? I was very surprised to see it so well taken care of. I have alot of the documentation re James Walker and his family (census records) etc.
Would love to hear from you.

I thought I emailed you earlier about Jennie's memorial. I saw your photo request again recently.
Jennie is buried at Lone Hill Cemetery outside of Toledo, WA. Her memorial is #25207478. I apologize if this is a duplicate message.

Green Mountain and Woodbine cemeteries are next to each other and some of the memorials cross over. If the headstones show up in the Woodbine side we list them there, even though when they were buried it may have been considered Green Mountain. I wish they would just combine the two and name them Woodbine-Green Mountain to reduce the confusion.
