I have been into family history since 1973. I transcribed all cemeteries in town Schleswig, Manitowoc County, WI in 1974.
If you have corrections or additions to anything I have on please let me know.

I've added a new virtual cemetery -- Cemetery X. In my research I am finding obits for people who have some connections in Calumet County, but I don't know where they are buried.

If you have cemetery stones that need cleaning or repair work on old cemetery stones, Shane Peik, has a Chilton, Wisconsin based service.

Hello Rose,
I'm wondering if you made the mother/son connection here, and if so, how you came about it. I believe a correction is in order. Sorry if it wasn't you. I'm not sure how to find out.
Thank you! Kandy

Tara Glenna
John E. Reindl
Hi! My name is Tara (Doolan) Glenna and I saw that you put up the picture of my Great Grandparents, John and Julia E. Reindl. They were my fathers, mother's parents. How do you happen to have it, and could I get a copy? My folks still live in the Manitowoc area (Francis Creek)and could work with you to get it. I moved to the Milwaukee area, but grew up in Francis Creek. Thanks so much!

Hello Rose,

Would you like controls of Raymond Bastian's memorial page? The memorial ID is 130402058. I'd be more than happy to change it over to you.

Frederick Albert Wollersheim
This man was my Great-Grandfather, and his wife was Genevieve, she has a page here as well. Could you please add that as his spouse? Thank you. Her Find a Grave number is 106444271. Her maiden name is Steffen, and she remarried a Mr. Alois Heimann after Frederick's death. I could also possibly provide you with an obituary if my grandmother would have one.

Wiegands - Holy Angels Cemetery
Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I added some photos to the memorials of Anton Wiegand and his wife. I also sent you a few edits to their memorials. I had a hard time reading Anton's stone so I couldn't make out a death date for sure I know it is 19??. Anyway, just thought you might want to take a look to see if you could tell. Have a great day!

RE: Pliny Florney Jewett photo
Thank you, Rose. The city of St. Cloud, FL, where I live, was created in 1909 as a retirement community for Union veterans of the Civil War. It seems Mr. Jewett was never on the local GAR postís roster (on which most previous research was based,) so had been overlooked.
