Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was raised in Bradford Co., PA on a farm. My interest in genealogy was sparked by my lack of grandparents on my father's side, since he was adopted. So I traced my Rockwell side back to the Rev. War. I like historical research, so what better place to focus my interest on - cemeteries. My wife's ancestors are from Sullivan Co., PA so my main focus is on Bradford & Sullivan Counties in Pennsylvania. I am on the volunteer photographer e-mail list so will take a photo for you when requested.

You have my permission to use any picture taken by me for personal uses. It takes much time and effort to locate, process, and post these images I have posted, so I expect and appreciate the courtesy of citing your source!

If any of the memorials I have created need updates, please contact me. If any are a relative of yours and you want to manage them, let me know and I will transfer them. Please use the edit tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or update.

Thank you so much for the photos of these headstones. It was very exciting for me to discover where my great-great grandparents (and great-great-great grandparents) are buried. I didn't know my great-great-great grandparents names until I found your notes on this site. I have one question.... There were so many Tyrrells in Bradford County back then, and there is a Tyrrell Hill Cemetery. What is the best way for me to understand their relations? S. C. Tyrrell

I am respectfully requesting, for your consideration, of transferring management of the Henry V.( grave memorial #55678928) and Charles F. (grave memorial #55678434) Patterson memorials to my family. Henry V. was my great-great-grandfather and also Charles F. a cousin of mine.
Thank you for your consideration.

Thank you so much for the fine job you have done with the photographs of the headstone pictures. And honoring our family.

Joshua is my 2nd Great Grandfather. I am trying to establish a relationship between him and Hiram b.1798. You have Hiram and Nancy as his parents without an *, so the relationship is not assumed as are the siblings. What source did you use for that may I ask?

Thank you in advance for your response. I am a volunteer too, but don't get nearly enough requests.

Take care,
Gladys fleming warr

Besides what I have on the Findagrave page, there is also this proof:

Private, Union Army, Civil War, Company B, 141st Regiment, P.V.I. (Pennsylvania Voluntary Infantry), Bradford Co., PA. In "The Regimental History of the 141st PVI", by Craft it has the following: "Private Jonathan B. Stevens. Discharged on Surgeons Certificate, April 24, 1863"
"History of the Pennsylvania Volunteers, 1861-1865," p. 447 has "Stevens, Jonathan[muster]... Aug. 22, '62, Discharged on Surgeon's certificate, Apr. 24, 1863."

Amanda Ingalls Ford
Hi, on Amanda's memorial #42556637, it is stated that her parents were David and Elizabeth Bowman Ingalls. I am curious as to what the source was that showed Elizabeth being her mother's name. Thank you.
