I've pursued genealogy as a hobby since I was in my teens. I don't post things that I don't intend to share, so feel free to download and repost any pictures you find on my pages. I will gladly transfer management of sites if you are a family member. If you find errors or have additional information, I welcome corrections and will update as quickly as I am able.|

|Mary Lynn Kilday||RE: Susannah Elizabeth Nalley Evans|
Hi Kevin, Susannah was my great, great grandmother, too. Here's how it goes from my part of the family tree. Susannah and Peyton (isn't that a great name?) Henry Evans had a daughter, Celia Annie who married James Walter Simmons (who lived to be 106). Their daughter, Cora L. married Owen Jackson York (my paternal grandparents who adopted me -- my birth father, their son, Cecil Owen York). Then there's me -- Mary Lynn York Kilday (that's the record biologically; through adoption it makes Susannah my great-grandmother). So, we're cousins down the road. I have a good bit of info on my side of the family. I'm looking for anyone who knows how Celia Annie (born 1871) died in 1904 in Lindsy, Oklahoma. I've hit a brick wall. It's a long-shot that you'd know anything, but people talk and somewhere down the line we had relatives that were talking. Oral history can help. It's nice to meet you online, cuz. -- Mary Lynn

I am still trying to confirm info about her husband's death and burial. However, I am able to add that she married Samuel Joseph Pounds in Selmer, McNairy, Tennessee, USA on 16 October 1894. Samuel's brother is Francis Marion Pounds (Memorial ID: 71620273), which will link Samuel to his parents, whenever his burial place is found.

Would you mind adding your picture on the Charlie Blair memorial to the Jennie Pruitt memorial as well?
|Briana||RE: Roy Gallaway|
I don't yet know how he relates to my Galloways, but you can transfer management to me if you want to.

Kevin, thanks for all the work you've done on edits that I submitted for folks in the Laneville Cemetery. I suppose I am a little related to most everyone there by either blood or marriage, though not all that close to some of them. I appreciate your offer to transfer, and will take you up on some of those if you'd like. The Chapmans are my mother's uncles and all their families, and there are some Vaughns there I am closely related to. I've submitted several edits on Bryans, Johnsons and related families, but they are a further off connection. I'll make a list of the ones I would be more closely related to and send to you by e-mail. If you are not closely connected to them then you could transfer, but keep any that you would like. Later if I find someone on Find-a-Grave who is even closer family to those you transfer than I am, I can transfer to them.
Thanks again. Have a great day!

I spent some time digging to find Cathron's maiden name and parents, so made that edit today. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=92765156
Thanks for your help!
|R. L. Vaughn||Charles Rogers Chapman|
I noticed Charles's memorial on Find-a-Grave:
For death it has unknown and Alabama. Charles is not deceased. He is still living. He has a home in Alabama, and also a home on his grandfather's place here in Rusk County, next to my sister and I. Just thought I'd let you know.
Thanks. Have a great day.
