When I discovered this website, I was determined to try to be a part in bringing faces, stories and history to the people who have passed before us. My father and grandfather both kept diary books and left me with the sense that their ancesters needed to be remembered. I have done Genealogy research for many years on several names within my family. I have been entering cemetery information about others outside my family also. I find that this website is a valuable source when tracing ancestry so memorials of loved ones long past is important to me. I have found contributors to be very helpful and cooperative as I will try to be to others asking for information, transfers or even photographs if possible. Please use the edit tab to notify me of any changes or additions to a specific memorial. By the way, the picture to the left is of me (taken a while back.)|

Thank you so much for the transfer of "Fannie M". I have updated her file, #45193701. I haven't put in her photo yet, as I am having trouble with my scanner. I think the Leroy McCoy you added #45193677 could very easily be one of her sons. the year born sure fits in. Pleas look at file, and see what you think, if there is any more info on Leroy, you could link him to her. Her first child was born in 1854, and Her last child was born in 1887. Thanks again.

Mary Francis Wilson McCoy #45193701 was known in our family by her nic name, "Fanny M". She was my GG Grandmother. I know a lot about her, her parents, her husband Daniel T. McCoy who is buried in Sharon Iowa, (who I haven't found yet), and the names of all of their 15 children, one of which you have. If you are not related to her, I would really love it if you would transfer her to me. I have so much information to add to her memorial. If you are related and do not want to transfer her memorial, I understand, and I will send you the information by email.
Than you, A. Hinds C. member number is 47290111

Thank you for the reply. It looks like I need a courthouse researcher. You don't know what became of him do you? Seams he didn't die in 1864.

Lloyd---Appreciate your work on Wyuka Cemetery. I have Cassel's in there. Last week, on the net, I saw a picture of the grave stone of Joseph Donahoo. I cant find the site again. He died about 1864 at 33 years. He was a brother of Absolom and farmed close by. Don't know why the early death. Do you know of this grave?

Yes you are correct. One of my sisters says there is a book of the Donahoo family including some information on the Martin family. Do you know anything of that? My email is email@example.com Thanks Lloyd, I remember Grace as my Great Grandmother.
Hi Lloyd, Someone has "stolen" one of your photos and used it to create a duplicate memorial. The memorial is 135575064. I contacted the person who created the first memorial, but wanted to let you know that your photo was used, which is a lousy thing to do! This person has done this to a friend of mine as well, and thinks that he has every right to do it, which he doesn't.
