When I discovered this website, I was determined to try to be a part in bringing faces, stories and history to the people who have passed before us. My father and grandfather both kept diary books and left me with the sense that their ancesters needed to be remembered. I have done Genealogy research for many years on several names within my family. I have been entering cemetery information about others outside my family also. I find that this website is a valuable source when tracing ancestry so memorials of loved ones long past is important to me. I have found contributors to be very helpful and cooperative as I will try to be to others asking for information, transfers or even photographs if possible. Please use the edit tab to notify me of any changes or additions to a specific memorial. By the way, the picture to the left is of me (taken a while back.)|

The Samuel H. Kinney I was referring to was indeed born in Ohio, but I'm not sure about any links to Nebraska. I do know that he died while serving as a US Army officer in Alaska.

Would you happen to have any additional information on him? Because this might be the person I'm looking for.

Thanks much for transferring Ralph, Lloyd. Hopefully I can find a pic of him around here. He, my grandpa, and I used to play catch together. I could really burn one, but they were very good catchers. :-)

Find A Grave has deleted my 13 Anonymous records and left the only one that I requested to be deleted active. My family records are now in a mess. I didn't write down the 13 members that were under Anonymous. But when I looked last night I saw they were all ones I had entered. I only asked for the second Harry Meredith to be deleted.

After I sent you a message I looked at the entries under Anonymous and they are all ones I had entered, so don't know how they became "Anonymous" and it won't let me edit and I am the one that put them in. Don't know how the name was changed on my grandfather to Frederick. His name is Harry. Harry's father was Fred. It is all so frustrating. I sent a request for my uncle Clyde Meredith to have his spouse linked to him and it just came back as declined stating that is incorrect. It is correct. My uncle Clyde Meredith was married to Lydia Carolee Meredith and you can even see if on the headstone that they share. Double frustrating.

Please correct name at top of page from Dizon to Dixon. Just a typo, I think.
