RE: Sarah raymond
Thanks for the information. But were there pictures of the raymonds? I'm really interested in seeing what my grandparents looked like.

I will be going there, hopefully this summer.

Thanks again

Mr. Boman
My name is dennis raymond. I see that you have a picture of my grandmother sarah.

I live in mi. and just stated researching my tree.

My died when i was 16 so i have no pictures of my grandmother other than what i just found.

Most of my relatives grew up in Edenville and i plan on visiting there this year.

Any pictures of my granmother that you could possibly e-mail me would be appreciated.

Thank you

RE: Bowman cemetery
Bowman Road Cemetery is right around the corner from my house. It is a tiny, country cemetery, very sweet place. But many of the graves are no longer marked or the markers have been buried over the years.

St. Clair County Genweb has the Bowman Cemetery transcriptions and I found a nice article there about the cemetery:

The transcriptions say there is a Bowman Family marker and perhaps that is all there is to mark the folks you're looking for. I don't know if burial records exist. The records on the genweb page are transcriptions of existing stones that were done by the St. Clair County Family History Group in the 1980's.

Call the St. Clair Township Hall 810-329-9042 and they could tell you if they know anything about burial records.

If I can be of any other help, please let me know. I will be away from my computer until the first week in May.

Best, Suzanne

Thank you for the information you have been sending on memorials for the Edenville Cemetery.
My husband has ancestors in that cemetery which led us to visit there. (and I believe we may be related thru the Dunton line.)

Thank you so much for taking the time to take this photo. That gravestone is really a pretty one, or you are just a great photographer...

Thanks Cousin,
i appreciate your comments. If you send me an email at I can send you a free guess invitation to my tree. I have a lot of Bowman information, documents, etc. posted on there and you can copy or download anything you find of interest. I just need an email address.

Best regards,
